Location is ok easy to find and near the airport and metro station

Very small rooms and dirty ,there is pee smell in the corridor and stairs are dirty and smelly.there’s a small dirty kitchen under the stairs and I saw a Rat running around 2-3 times and a lot of mosquitoes in the washroom and in room as well because of dirtiness ?overall the property is most worst than their cheaper price ?they need to upgrade everything

Very nice and clean. Good value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful The rooms are nice and clean. Comfortable beds and really good fan and air conditioning.Nice shower and hot water.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, which is not a given in India. I appreciated it and stayed there twice during my recent trip. The airport of Mumbai is just a 10-minute taxi ride from it. For my early flights, the hotel has perfect location.

I booked a room for one night through Booking.com and received a confirmation voucher. However, upon arrival, the reception staff informed us the room was unavailable, despite the confirmation, and all rooms were sold out. As a result, we spent several hours at the airport.The staff's behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I would appreciate an explanation and a resolution to this issue.

Do not book this property until you are okay to stay in dirty place.

The room in photo and room in real is very different, rooms are dirty, pathetic smells, AC not working and 3rd class staff with no manners.

He charge me extra ...not accepting online booking .Charge me 1400 rupees. Never went hear again .Receptionist has a bad behavior. He was told me not show any online booking. But I show him from my phon ..he take extra

Not Clean. Very noisy. Smell bad. They wanted to book a taxi for me for 3 times the Uber price. They are very kean on tips. Too much.

I have booked 5 rooms. But provided only 4 and charged for 5 rooms. No breakfast provided. Behaviour of the receptionist was bad.

Manager Not available. No proper communication. Afterwards when the manager came, he Wasn't co-operative, and totally unmannered. Surprised to see such a person handling the hospitality.. Frustrating experience..

Near to airport and free parking

Saw a large rat crawling in the kitchen as we were shown our room .the kitchen was a mess we only saw it because the door was open. We didn't have any breakfast even though it was included. Bed room was basic just needed somewhere for 4-5hr sleep

They cancel my booking without any msg and your site sown me book.I went in night they accuse me .Wi-Fi not work I give this room another person and cancel my booking any msg

The hotel management is a thief. They kept saying they will only confirm the availability once we reach. Once we reached they doubled their prices. We had booked 2 triple rooms, but were given only 1 double room. Never ever book this hotel. They are just there to loot you.

As a foreigner, they discriminate against you... You are not allowed to be with an Indian woman friend or girlfriend.. nor even to invite or whatever.. Indian men can invite indian women on their room... The room next to mine started to blast music at 4am, I had to knock at the door so that they play at lower volume... I didn't sleep well

The staff was unprofessional. The rooms have no windows and the location was a little off. The room was very small, the bathroom was horrible. Would not recommend this place at all!

There's Nothing I could say positively about this hotel. It was such a mess.

The hotel altogether was shabby and smelly. The room was not clean, bed sheets were lousy and used. Even after I complained, the staffs said, it is new, and unwilling to change it. I couldn't sleep a bit due to the noises and loud talk from my next room. All together I felt like staying inside a garbage bag. I woke up by 2 AM and had to leave the hotel and spent rest of the time inside airport. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed.

Mosquito was there charged rs.750 for extra bed but seems like a dharamshala bed had not offered water bottle also.

Disgusting hotel, we couldn't stay even for the night. We left as soon as we could find another accomodation about 2 hours later. Blood stained pillow covers, tattered sheets, dirty bathroom. Horrible dingy conditions.
