Hotel Horizon Inn - Near Exhibition Center

Breakfast was not served,even the refilling of tea cofee sachets was not done,the hotel persons were rude and kept asking for money over than what was shown in the booking.com app,i will not recommend this property

It is a newly opened property.. Staff was very courteous and extremely helpful throughout and ensured that my stay was as comfortable as possible.

Location of the property... the building in which the hotel is located, the entrance to that building is very filthy

Washroom is clean and with stable hot water. The staff was very cautious and hardworking but they did not seem to know how to host foreign guests.

Communication problems are definitely there. Since it is on Booking.com, the staff need to be prepared to receive foreign guests. They can have clear dos and don'ts written on its google map or website things to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding. They do need to know how to work with the platform as well; I got charged 5% more because of paying by credit card, which never happened anywhere while I travel with Booking.com. Sound proof is terrible. Since there is only a floor and a tiny lobby, whoever talks in the corridor will directly influence the guests in the room and the sound in the next room unfortunately can be clearly heard. Not to mention those who lives in the room close to the reception. It is definitely disastrous to hear clearly the reception people laughing and shouting.

I asked them to change the bedsheet and pillow cover but they didn’t change the pillow cover

Room is new but bathroom wc sheet was broken in all the rooms.

Location is not good and staffs need more training.
