Location obviously good for airport. Rooms are good by Mumbai standards.

Do not book taxi through them. The taxi driver scammed me and charged me 4x what was agreed and 8x the market rate.

Staff behaviour was very good.

The AC didnt have a remote.The fan regulator was not working. No toileteries were kept.Water heater was not working.

Very Cooperative staff & Front desk team. Food is super tasty, The rooms are spacious & CleanThe beds are hard but comfortable.The hotel people also arranged the cabs when we required (3.30 am)Very very happy with the stay.

The receptionist Mr.Amar was very polite and accommodative. Location - close to airport is the ONLY plus point.

Rooms are very small. No in house restaurant, though they provide room service on demand. Complimentary breakfast starts only 8am onwards which is very late for most travellers. It should start by 7am atleast. The towels were stained.

Dlight at 6:30am. Woke up at 3:30am to take shower. NO WATER!! Panic. But they afdresses it quickly.

The rooms were fairly ok, met the expectations and the money we paid was justified.The location is very close to the international airport and exactly as we expected. We wanted the hotel to be close by and good enough for one night stay. Our requirements were satisfied.

The location may not be good for longer stay. Also for longer stay, the rooms are very small. However, the cost is justified.

My flight was in the early hours of the morning, so stayed at the hotel during the day - had some lovely tea, good coffee and something to eat! Set off in a tuk tuk to find a post office..and then later, a taxi/tuk tuk to go to the airport to catch my flight home. THE STAFF WERE VERY NICE AND ALSO HELPFUL. The refreshments were much appreciated..and the airport is close-by.

For an airport hotel, it is just what you need!

I'm disappointed in Booking.com for listing this property at the price point they have it at. This is NOT representative of the actual hotel. The staff were not even wearing shoes. Yes, it's close to the airport, but it's on a grungy broken street. There was a terrible odour in the room (smelled like sewer gas, coming from the bathroom). Do not try to save $20 USD by staying here. A better hotel is worth every penny.

Close to the airport which is handy if you need somewhere to stay for a night. AC works well.

No lift for suitcases. Property is not clean. Smoking is allowed in rooms so they are stinky and dirty. Sheets and towels have stains. Bed is hard wood so not good for sleeping.

Firstly they didn't respond to my msgs, as I was having difficulty making my reservation payment and wanted to secure the room. Then,upon arriving, they wouldn't accept my international credit card. They then tried to rip me off, charging me more than the given fee. The internet didn't work, nor was there any food available in the restaurant. So, definitely not worth the price, and somewhat disappointing.

1.The location

1.No way to contact the reception except by mobile. There's no phone in the room.2. Shampoo not provided.3. A/C gets off just like that.4. Not many choices for breakfast.5. Food is delivered but we need to make payment immediately.6. The room is so small that it isn't easy to move around without getting hit in the bed corners.

Proximity to the airport.

The shower is in the middle of the bathroom, so everything gets completely wet and it takes a long time to dry. The bed is really hard, so don’t expect something comfortable. My room was clean, but I have friends who got rooms with not clean bedsheets (hair, colour marks…). Also, the air conditioner doesn’t work well in most rooms, and it is very noisy.

(1) Very near Mumbai Airport T2: 2-3 km away: good for a night stay. (2) Polite staff
