Worst experience. Arrogant, Pathetic didn't gave room for stay. Though booking was confirmed.

They refused to accept confirmed booking. How on earth they can do that. Worst experience. No one cooperated. We came with plans. Had to search for another hotel room with heavy double prize. No cooperation by booking dot com also. Never expected this experience at least when booking was confirmed by booking dot com.

The room and bathroom were very small, the shower leaked water out as it was not well installed. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the property so we had to swat quite a few in our room, however a plug in was provided and the fan was good.

I chose this hotel for an overnight stay near the airport. It took me only 20 minutes to reach the airport from here. The staff is very helpful and caring. Hotel Gurukripa is within walking distance for dinner. Fully satisfied with the experience and it fit my budget.

The bed was ok, the ac and tv were working, there was a mosquito repellent in the room. The toilet and the basin were clean, there was running hot water. The staff were very polite, they provided us with complementary drinking water, and carried our bags up and down the stairs. Location wise it's a 30 minute ride from the CSM international airport terminal 2. Terminal 1 is around 40 minutes. Very convenient if you have an early morning flight. Also there's always someone in the reception, so no worries if you are coming late at night.

The room was extremely small, almost no space to set your feet outside the bed small, but I guess that's Mumbai. The room and bathroom could have been cleaner. The flush in the bathroom overflows, so you have to turn it off after every flush. Stairs to the rooms (rooms are on the 1st floor) are quite steep. There was a lot of noise from the other rooms as the walls are thin.

To be honest, just the mattress and the fact that they had hot water running.

Man the list is long! First of all there were couples besides making loud moaning sounds for obvious reasons. And then everyone was playing loud music late at night, they had no breakfast choice and the rooms were utterly small, like they didn't really care about anthropology.

Rooms were neat and effective cost. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and staff was helpful.

Friendly and professional staffs, good location, 2.5 kms from Terminal 2, breakfast was good. Room size is small but clean and neat. Wifi speed is good.

Mosquitoes, but they provide mosquito repellents. So thats a plus.
