From the wonderful doorman to the room service, excellent service. We like the location and the service of the staff.

We have nothing to complain of.

In the room, essential amenities in bathroom was not available. Had to call for it.

The location is good.

The staff, staff doesn’t seem to be professional at all and having a very casual approach towards their guest. At the time of checkout , I asked for the bill and they provided me one day bill and when I asked for another day bill but they denied and after lot of discussion they agreed on it. I would suggest you not to pay them in advance because they would not return your advance at all.

ROOM WAS GOOD. BUT NO SHOWER CURTAIN IN THE BATHROOM, BECAUSE OF THAT WHOLE BATHROOM FLOOR WAS WET. STAFF WAS GOOD AT RECEPTION.

They had a rooftop pool, no loungers or chairs what a wasted opportunity

Staff was friendly, it was close to the airport, room service was good and very fast.

it was very cold in the room, socket in the bathroom did not work. Staff to repair only came after two requests

Good place to stay. Good front desk staff gate staff. Clean rooms and well apportioned. Clean wash rooms.

The location is very good, so close to the airport and easy for people to reach via public transport. The rooms were very comfortable. The Banjara restaurant is reached by going outside the reception area, which means that the hotel is private from outside guests. The food and live music at the restaurant was excellent! The restaurant had a themed week happening and the staff do their best to ensure you're looked after. The restaurant is popular with non-residents, so can get very busy.

Occasionally had problems with the electronic room card not working. As the restaurant can get very busy with non-residents they need to make sure there are still seats for residents who are checking in late.

Location and easily available everything near the hotel.

There is no privacy in the room and there is no safety lock as well, someone enters the room without knocking the room.

Wonderfully helpful staff - Christina in particular was a gem. Our rooms were excellent and the service great. The hotel is ideally situated from the airport and allows easy access to Mumbai.

Mumbai is noisey - not the hotel's fault just know what to expect.The breakfast selection was geared for Indians. The Western selection was adequate.

Very little choice for vegans. Even milk had to be requested and took two days to get soya milk.

Rooms weren’t very clean. The hotel needs renovation desperately!!! The internet wouldn’t work satisfactorily and kept dropping.
