The location was great the staff was kind and attentive the breakfast was great

The Internet was down and the mobile connection was bad

Location is good. My room was small hardly space to move around. Breakfast was decent and free. The price was right at about $36.00 per day and would not want to pay more.

Not really for the amount I paid for my stay. If the rates go higher then i would expect better room size, more comfortable mattress and better breakfast options.

1. Breakfast is just awesome! Beats any 5 star hotel breakfast hands down. I have never seen fresh Amla and beetroot juice and kothmiri wadi in any hotel breakfast buffet.2. Location is perfect at the confluence of 5 of the most upscale streets in Bombay.3. Staff are super nice.4. Trendy, stylish, modern.

1. Low ceilings in the entrance / lobby areas. Bumped my a few times, especially at Reception. If you are over 5'8", it will be a challenge.2. Very limited storage if you are staying for more than 1-2 days.3. No counter space in the bathroom and shower.

Cleanliness they had all unique things at the property. Everything was apt. They are thoughtful about an environment ex they used bamboo straws which was extremely impressive. Staff is extremely cheerful while they serve you they will serve you with all the heart✨

Nothing as such.

1 - I love the look and feel of the decor of the entire property (both exterior and interior)2- The room's decor looked bright and cheerful and modern-ish.3 - Breakfast was above average.4- The venue for breakfast (the terrace) was nice, chirpy, quaint and quirky with a view of billionaire's homes in the vicinity. 5 - Excellent touches = offering guests a gratis foot massage at breakfast time + having a visually impaired performer playing a musical instrument = excellent touch. Kudos for these soft touchy feely elements.

1- The room was not cleaned very well, especially the floors.2- The housekeeping team had forgotten to refill the shower gel. Of course I carry my own shower gel because of quality concerns. 3- The water pressure in the overhead shower was so low that it was a veritable struggle to even have a basic shower in a humid city like Mumbai. 4 - Despite requesting the front office to help resolve this, they failed to (or were helpless) to do anything.5 - In my view, giving a guest the opportunity to have a decent shower with some basic water pressure is an extremely basic facility that any decent hotel should offer. 6- On the headboard of the room's bed, the hotel and it's designer have placed a series of horizontal pipes which passes as a quirky design element but is not practical from my point of view as a guest as it is not at all comfortable for me as a guest to rest my head without any pillow.

I like everything in this hotel. I carefully checked reviews about hotels in Mumbai before booking as I am a female solo traveller. The location of this hotel is in a safe neighbourhood and easy to reach everywhere by Uber. International bank branch and cash machine with safe enclosure is next door. Breakfast place at the rooftop is great. Staffs are nice and helpful. Some earlier reviews mentioned small room size and the shower quality. I found no issue at all. The room I got was a good size for solo traveller, clean and nice decoration. The bathroom is very new and the shower quality has no flaw.

The lift is old-style with sliding metal doors. It operates well but the problem was just me that I don't get used to this type of old lift in old buildings, so I climbed up the staircase by myself.

The location of the hotel and the room we booked was very nice. The service was very prompt for any request like towels etc. Breakfast was brilliant.

I did a late check-in and the staff who did the check in was curt, which was not nice. And the reception folks kept asking which room we were staying in when would come back from meals.. Found it irritating. Rest of the staff were awesome including Monu the cat.
