Location is good

Reception staff are not flexible for delay check out. I know the policy, but I stayed around 10 days in the hotel. Should be flexibility with the guest.

horrible experience.. i was locked outside the room for 15 mins and the entire hotel staff was trying to open the door. the door got jammed. the bath tub cudnt contain water.. the blow dryer threw cold air.. horrible maintenance. the bed sheet had blood stains on it.

I have stayed at Fariyas before, and would stay there again. I love the location in Colaba. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Both breakfast and dinner were wonderful.

When booking, I paid a different amount, and when I arrived at the hotel, I paid an amount greater than what was agreed upon at the time of booking.

The location is very convenient, the room was nice and clean, they serve very nice breakfast.

I had a room on the top floor, so I had a truly amazing view. They do serve great breakfasts. Enjoyed also the swimming pool.

Staff at the reception were little welcoming, this could be improved - being more friendly with the customers, at least providing minimum details explaining the facilities at the check in (where to find gym, swimming pool, breakfast timing, etc) and helping with suggestions on tourism related topics. On the contrary other staff of the hotel were wonderful & helpful.

I booked superior room for 3. On check in, we were delighted to find that we we're upgraded to Texas Suite (1007) ... Thanks Fariyas ?

Iron with Pressing stand should have been available in Suite Room. Breakfast spread is very good. But I expected a few more non veg items...

So, where to begin. We did not get the usual Indian welcome that we have received elsewhere. Many many rules and reception staff barely smile at you. Guests checking out as we were checking in said ‘good luck’ and sadly it was ok with some very lovely staff but a ‘fierce’ management style applied to guests and I am sure to staff. The gentleman cleaning our room could not be more helpful and the doormen extremely lovely and kind. My husband had 2 work colleagues come by for a quick coffee, they wanted to charge us for the space, and getting 3 drinks was an ordeal. The swimming pool is the reason we booked but the steps are very difficult to use as very deep step on a roll of steel, my husband could not use them as has some issues with his feet. There are only 2 sun loungers, and no interest from the hotel to increase this so again a lottery !! The food medium to poor. Breakfast is ok, standard Indian fare.
