Majestic Court Sarovar Portico Navi Mumbai

Great location, value for money stay, restaurant team staff are good. Limited but good options.

We stayed in suite, No ambiance or feel of suite. Bad view from suite, we were given third floor, no luggage assistance even though we checked in at 14:30, Ordered room service at 16:20, waited for 1hr for a tea order and end up canceling. Suite could be better in interior, it was very basic.Tv remotes instructions does not match the way it need to operate. Some lights don’t work in suite. For double occupancy only one set of face towel. Basic toiletries. No news paper or even bell desk assistance at check in nor at check out. Door man at check out was very kind to open door and stand next to car, which was obviously for tip. Only reason I stayed here was for good location and for decent price. Don’t expect much high standards.

Being a 4 star rated property is below par of expectations. Bed was not comfortable. Very limited options in the breakfast. Smell in the room.

Bed comfort

This is worse hotel. In the room which I booked was mentioned bath tub but it wasn't there. Staff is really too lazy to react. It looked very posh hotel from Facad but inside it look like you entered into 90s hotel. Amd bed is so light it can be moved so easily

No clean bathroom, smell, stained pillows and old room.Totally property or room

Good food and staff

Bathrooms are not clean and bed linen (specially pillowcases not clean.

Easily available and value for money

Bed was a bit uncomfortable

Poor

Dirty pillows, AC was not working, lot of disturbance

Hotel shouldn’t book guest during renovation work of building and facilities

Hotel is under construction and they are hosting guest with loud drilling sounds/ construction sound. You may find people on your window working at 6th floor, sneaking your room.

Everything except wifi. Room and other things were superb. Front office staff were very cooperative.

Wifi bandwith.

This hotel offers good value for money. Clean room & wash room. Clean and comfortable bed. In room dining round the clock. Good breakfast and coffee. Overall, a good hotel at a reasonable price. I look forward to staying here again.Akshata Sonawane in the front office was very helpful in arranging a taxi and guiding the driver to the right location. Her positive attitude, eagerness to help and friendly smile were outstanding. Truly warm hospitality springs from the heart and makes all the difference to guest experience. Akshata is a shining example.

The bathroom door was too tight to close fully. I request the management to have it fixed at the earliest. Small things like this can make a big difference.

It is properly maintained, room was clean, safe and secure for stay. Breakfast and dinner are very good in taste, hygienic and always ready on time. Hotel staff is polite and treats customers well. It is situated at a well connected location and public transport and Ola/Uber are easily available in no time to travel to other parts of Mumbai. Thanks

Wi-Fi connectivity and bandwidth were not consistent. It was fluctuating frequently. I needed to connect to Mobile Internet.

The rooms were good and spaciousThe stay was too expensive for the facilities provided

The room service was not upto the mark,The staff didn’t help us with our luggages,When we asked for water in rooms provided with a very small bottle, which was not enough or expected,The room which we got didn’t have a view just the opposite building wall view.A lot of bulbs besides the bed weren’t working,Room just had one pair of slippers even though we mention the number of people staying.

Breakfast was average. Location is no so pleasant. But close my work place

Thay have room charges to my credit card even though l paid by cash. They said they have reversed the transaction and not yet received the refund.

very nice staff , speciall Chef mr. rawat is so good n polite

Location,food,room was average,staff were exceptional

Room facilities are not clean, shower gave blows of hot and cold water...so bathing uncomfortable, very small lobby, just 1 restaurant and bar in the same place, they showed happy hour pics with beer but when u go to get it ,they said it's on hard drinks only

Insufficient staff.Night manager behaves like he is doing some ehsaan on me and allowing me to stay.I got delayed for breakfast. Didn't have a courtesy to offer me something to eat.Didn't tell me how hotel wifi is enabled

Impolite staff especially the manager at reception. Very rough tone.

Location, specious rooms, amenities.

Cleanliness

The staff, daily breakfast, and room service were the best!

Nothing much

Gaming room didn't have proper facility, awfully priced and really bad in regard to faculty maintenance. It was really bad experience especially with the pillow

The staff were very helpful at the reception and at the front of the hotel. The room was large clean and very comfortable as we had 6 bags.

I could not find any negatives.
