Cons -
- .We chose this hotel for our stay as we held our reception here, and would have appreciated a more personalized experience considering the special occasion.
- Room1. Was not value for money2. Very noisy... The other room doors banging could be heard inside. The street noise could be heard inside.3. The double bed was actually two beds joined together and they kept splitting apart causing a lot of discomfort.4. The staff at check in and check out was not fast and efficient.5. The breakfast options were limited. The staff would not attend to the requests. Honey took so much time that the corn flakes went soggy and honey was cheap quality. Tea took ages to come, refills of fruits took.lot of time.
- Too many rules Visitors not allowed Outside food not allowed Is this a hostel or jail ?

I love the cleanliness and the staff are very friendly. The manager is very helpful and always smile
Breakfast is monotonous with very limited options.
Single lift waiting time is high, specially they have parties all the time on top floor so lift is a pain
Not worthy for the charges, advance booked amount was blocked, I don't know the reason, 2nd time i paid 13000, really I am not happy just it is cheating business
They use to cheat the customer
Great Breakfast options, quality food and quick room service. The delivery staff were very respectful and well mannered.
We did not take breakfast.Rooms are in bad shape.Beds make creaking noise.Bathroom tapes are leaking. Some of them not working properly.Management not concerned about everything Very disappointing experience.Absolutely not value for money.
This location is apt for businessmen traveling to Andheri, Mumbai for Jewellery related work. Its extremely close Seepz and MIDC also has good eateries in the vicinity.
The hotel has stopped providing breakfast spread and give coupons to have limited breakfast in their another restaurant downstairs. When You charge for breakfast You should take care of Your customers needs. If its' going to be a limited breakfast then better inform in advance.
Extremely good healthy food. Bliss for vegetarians. You should try the south Indian Options.
Regular buffet breakfast wasn't available. It was organised in restaurant downstairs where they gave limited options but weren't happy serving.
