Minor stuff like lack of toiletries like Toothpaste and toothbrush, tea bags etc

The Tv was not working when I arrived.Two people tried to fix it and promised that the technician would arrive shortly but never arrived.

The bathroom needs a bit more change in terms of how an user can access the wash basin and the lighting over the mirror.TV channels never is topped up

Once I reached hotel to take my room which I booked ( I received confirmation email for the room)they told me Sorry no room available!?? It was such a nightmare , and luckily in between some one checked out and then I waited almost an hour to get my room , And the once I had a shower i surprised that there was no hot waterPoor breakfast

The breakfast was good on 2nd day. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was near airport so it was great.

We were not provided with the Wifi even after calling multiple times. We were not called before for reminding us for the breakfast on 1st day as we skipped it.

the room size of room 209 was that of a matchbox, and I saw the rest of the rooms as well, they were just fine normal rooms, but 209 was suffocating. also, the breakfast was horrible

The room was perfect for what I needed. Clean comfortable bed and nice size. Was close to the airport( which was important for me)airport transfer was affordable. Perfect for a no drama hotel and quick layover. The food was amazing.

The outside could look better. Don’t judge this by how it looks on the outside inside is clean.

The Hotel is fairly good and priced well. The rooms are spacious and the staff especially Mr Gosh,Mr Rueben and Mr Arun are very helpful and pleasant.The Hotel is a minute away from the airport.

The Room was very dirty and if you put the fan on you can see the dirty flying around. Staff are very noisy and not helpful besides the top management. LINEN Has to be looked into and the mattresses too as they seem very old and over used.

Room size are ok. A decent stay for one night.

Breakfast. It seems that they serve and provide forcefully just to attract with the price. However, not much of the options are given. The staff is also not very friendly or are in-experienced. It's better not to provide breakfast and serve al-la-carte instead of providing it free. At least by charging, they would serve better food, hope so.

Comfortable stay. Room was of good size. Bed was decent. Clean bathroom. Basic Toileteries provided. Hotel was walking distance from Terminal 1, Santacruz. Public transport is easily available. I availed room service for food and food tasted good and was good value for money. Prompt service. Courteous staff. AC worked well. Complimentary Breakfast was simple and good. Breakfast used to have around 2-3 items such as Stuffed parantha and medu vada or Pav Bhaji and uttapam along with two fruits and fruit juice/ tea/ coffee. Sufficient.

Nothing in particular. The hotel is situated at the end of a lane on which there are 2-3 other hotels. There is a slum type of settlement behind. A little away from the busy streets, however, it never felt unsafe. Outside noise does not come inside and hence it is comfortable.
