Sea Princess Hotel

Everything was great! The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Helpful staff.

The location was perfect for where I needed to stay. the facility around the hotel was just right for me. Brijesh and Anand bhai was always helpful and friendly

It would be good if the restaurant staff would sit people at breakfast time so we don't have to walk around trying to find a table.

Good staffs Good location Very clean hotel

Nil

Breakfast was good except for bakery products as most are under-baked, hard, or stale.

Overall good experience

The hotel was lovely, it was on the beach. A lovely bar and restaurant was outside and inside if you preferred. The room was fine, quite basic. The staff were all helpful. There was a spa and the massage was great. I got an immediate appointment. We were only there one night to be close to the airport. The hotel arranged transport for us. Everything was as we expected.

The floor in the bedroom looked like it had had water damage, some of it was lifting up. It seemed quite basic, but we had just stayed at the Taj Palace in Mumbai.

pool sea view nice room

music around pool and bar far to loud and music repetitive same songs!

This hotel is a hot spot for people to bring prostitutes and by mistake, I went there for an official visit. I had to leave the place as soon as I can.

the location pool n beach view

Location on beach, the breakfast top quality

Dinner poor quality, meals not correct arriving seperatley staff slightly inattentive on terrace

excellent location

quality of stationeries like pen kept in the room was very poor. ink leakage destroyed my dress

The chef and the kitchen staff were awesome, the hotel is very nice and well-located with a nice beach club and swimming pool.

Front office wasn't at all friendly

the breakfast was as usual amazing bell desk staff sudhakar and his colleagues were extremely helpful and courteous the house keeping lady who did my room was also very pleasant and helpful

I enjoyed my stay throughout will definitely be backbut I must mention that Inspite of requesting for a quite room I was given an interconnecting room there was very loud music n yelling in the other room I had to call the receptionist at 1.30 am 3 times to ask them to lower the volume ??

Breakfast spread was good. Decor was nice. Staff at the restaurant were very attentive. Rooms & bathroom were clean.

Had to check in twice as the previous receptionist had omitted details. The cleaners made a lot of noise first thing in the morning by approx 8am.

clean and helpful staff.

not a huge negative- but trying fight off crows whilst eating by the poolside when you want to be relaxing.

Location on Juhu Beach and a great breakfast

Food is quite expensive for its quality

By the beach

Noise All guests around were noisy at 2am in their rooms and I could hear everything making me wake up at 2am and disturbed my sleepThey said after first night they'd move the guests and they didn't Rubbish service and horrible experience Waiting staff dirty putting finger in ear and mouth and touching all plates of customers

Not much

Reception staff was arrogant and unfriendly. Basic requests could not be met. Lot of noise from the corridor in rooms. Construction/Movement work noise was very high. Room service food was average and price was very high.

it’s located near Juhu that was the great thing about ..

was clean and breakfast was lovely ..

Breakfast was good. We had Indian food only which was excellent. Room fan speed was bit higher side even on low mode. Location was good for our work.

No commends

Nothing really.

Didn't like anything about this hotel. Staff were grumpy, breakfast room crowded, no clean tables available. Got charged for something we never ate in the room. Pretty poor experience overall. 22 rooms cramped up in 1 floor, you can hear people from the next door room talking.
