Bed was not comfortable. Foam mat rolled you into the middle of the two single beds pushed together. Was expensive for what you got.

This is my 3rd time here in this Hotel and this time I did booking for my parents and they were very satisfied and happy,First they allowed early Check inn and more they gave my parents breakfast early morning when they were checking out,If you ask me about location and cleanliness I rate them more than 10starCustomer service to watchman all are perfect

Everything was good and comfortable. Facilities were good and all provided as requested. Breakfast was good, special shoutout and appreciation to Ms Savita for the live breakfast counter - polite, quick and smiling. Housekeeping staffs were amazing, and always getting things smiling and quickly. Overall good experience and recommend for stay with family

Checkin could have been made more comfortable. Felt the reception staffs were little rude and non welcoming when arrived at the property. However, were accomodating once checked in. Bathrooms could be made better by making it more private than having sliding doors

Just the location is a bonus else the hotel , food all is bad. Breakfast spread is very limited and the place to sit is like a sharing room.

People at the checkin counter takes lot of times.. handling calls, inquiries checkin all at the same time. Wastes lot of time.

Samber, aloo bhaji,aloo paratha, puri,and boiled egg was cold.

The pictures dont reflect the reality around the hotel shit building shit streets the rooms are shouted with wide angle shots to make it bigger than reality the breakfast is very poor

Amazing in centre of mumbai where you can go easily anywhere have transport facility too. Nice behaviour all around . Lovely I am loving to stay again there

Basic breakfast but meets the requirements. Excellent location and convenient to move around. In room dining was excellent.

Furniture was a little old and dated. Cleanliness at places was not up to the mark.

The staff of the hotel were very polite, breakfast was excelent with a lot of options and the rooms were clean, while they cleaned them everyday.

Bfast service was poor too many waiters but none serve even water There was no change even after complaint Gymnasium was closed not functioning

1 overnight stay. It was comfortable, staff were good and location perfect for Mumbai Central as we had a train early next morning

The staff were SO friendly and helpful!!! They held our luggage for us for a few hours before check in while we explored the Elephanta Caves. The included breakfast was amazing and even had an omelette chef for you to custom order an omelette.

Good location, excellent value, tasty and diverse breakfast buffet.

Only one, small elevator and often have to wait for it.
