It was in a convenient location and it was cheap.

It was a very small room with some minor cleanliness issues that could be expected at the price point.

The location is very suitable for my purpose of visit.

The room,toilet, need maintenance. The TV was showing only one channel of aajtak news.

As per booking my room rent 21384 but they charge me 23950 , my booking with breakfast but they not

BREAKFAST WAS OKAY, LOCATION OUTSIDE THE HOTEL IS NOT QUITE GOOD BUT TO STAY FOR 1-2 DAYS NO PROBLEM.AS INHAD VISITED THIS HOTEL FOR BIOMETRICS AT US EMBASSY JUST DUE TO DISTANCE. SO TO STAY FOR THIS OR PERSON CAME FOR WORK PURPOSE WOULD BE OKAY. i WAS GIVEN ROOM NO 208 : FAN OF THIS ROOM REQIURE SOMEDEEP CLEANING OTHERWISE ROOM WAS OKAY.

PERSONAL HYGENE OF HOUSEKEEPING STAFF-CLEAN DRESS REQIURED. ALL OTHER IS OKAY.

Location was close to station

Room was small, wifi was not working properly, tv was not working at all reception staff was rude bus house keeping staff was very good. Not worth the money I have stayed in better place with this amount

Room was small but clean, but TV IS NOT WORKING I WAS STAY 3 NIGHTS, THEY ARE NOT SOULVE my TV PROBLEM , AFTER 7 30 PM i call staff but no any staff come in room.

The location is not bad and the staff were not unpleasant.

The room was infested with fleas and bed bugs - I was bitten so badly that by the final night I couldn’t sleep and checked out before four-thirty in the morning.

The receptionist that greeted us when we arrived was very sweet

The rest of the staff in the reception was not so nice.. the room was claustrophobic and not very clean. A lot of different variaty of bugs and dripping water from the airco and different places from the ceiling. The hot water lasted for about 30 seconds.

Horrible ! KHATMAL in the room. And Ants in the room. we can sleep whole night. Room was totally dirty. Room size is very small. Even 2 people can not sleep on the bed. They charged 2100/- for this slum room. Even dharamshala would have been better option. Please please do not visit this hotel. Totally bakwas rooms

The delux room was spacious clean and tidy but the double bedded rooms are cramped.

The room service is really bad in the sense that I had to wait long enough or remind them that I had requested for such and such items. The entrance is also inappropriate. There's no space to park vehicles.

I didn't stay in the hote bcoz they don't allow couple

As they email about 20% payment which I pay 500 rupees. Even they didn't refund my money worst hote and worst experience.

Its dirty and my room wasnt even cleaned when I checked in. Location is okay if you want to stay close to train station. But surroundings are terrible. Constantly drilling and banging next door through the whole day made me mad. Room very small and dusty. Sheets with staines and bed very uncomfortable. Owner or manager tried to scam me by forcing me to pay 100 rupees to a tuk tuk driver who took me to a cash point accros the street. Entrance is through a restaurant, there is no proper entrance and stairs are very narrow so walking up with a suitcase is a nightmare.Avoid this place if you can.

Location was close to Bandra Train Station, but this is for local trains. Bandra Junction (Bandra East) is around 1km away which has the trains people want to use. Considering the state of the property, it was wifi was very good.

There was no toilet paper (as standard) - no where to put it as the shower would splash on it if having a shower or bucket bath, the stairs were narrow for suitcases, there was a mouse running around the restaurant in the evening, so I did not fancy the breakfast in the morning. Bed linen was dirty, stained and dated. Many Mosquito bites the following day. Someone has to be asked to switch on the hot water tank (from the outside of the room) in the morning 15 mins before you need a shower, I had to have a bucket bath as the shower did not function.Very run down and dirty hotel, will never use again.

Value for money was not served, it was very unhygienic, beds were not at all comfortable , bathroom was very messy , weird smell was comfortable from room

I didn't like anything at all about this hotel. I liked when i walked down the steps and left.

Manager wanted more money for the room, i repeatedly stated to him that i was not paying him anymore as i agreed and booked already online for the room at the price quoted by booking.com. He demanded that i show him the email stating the quoted amount, i did he then said no, no the the booking company has made a mistake and that i owed him more money. At this point i stated that i had had enough and that i was not paying anymore and things got heated and he told me alright i could have the room for the agreed price in the email. The room was not clean, there was rubbish and dirt all over the floor. The bed linen had grubby marks all over it as well as holes. The bathroom vanity had used bits of green soap around it, white toothpaste stuck to the basin, soap bits stuck to the floor. the toilet roll had about 10 sheets of toilet paper only on it. The toilet had bits of faeces stuck to the inside of the bowl. The toilet brush had chunks of faeces on it. The internet kept dropping out for long periods of time. It was quite clear that the room had not been cleaned.

Food is good.. room was not superclean but it was okay, the bathroom was cleaned deligently, working AC, hot water is available. Ok for one night stay.. staff was good.

No towels or toiletries offered, room is only 6*8 ft big. The door was jamming while opening and closing. I booked it on agoda for 1890 i was asked to pay 2010 rs i dont know why.
