Grand Residency Hotel & Serviced Apartments

I didn?t like anything about this Hotel. The staff were rude. The manager was rude. The general manager was not even approachable. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody.

Great location. Staff was courteous but did not pay attention to complaint. Manager was horrible.

the first three of the six nights the room lights would randomly turn on-off with a beep. Despite complaining of sleepless nights they did not do anything. The manager was not sympathetic and played dumb to the issues. Horrible experience.

Excellent breakfast, room service and staff who were all very courteous and helpful.Check in and check out was great.Though there was upgrades being done it was being carried out without disruption to guets

Everything was as expected.What could be looked at is that we noticed mosquitoes coming through the aircon vents. Maybe there should be a fine filter to prevent these insects from coming in

Property going through a refurb, we stayed at the hotel twice whilst on our trip. Unfortunately the first 3 days in a room that was due to be updated. The last night we returned to stay in a newly refurbished room which was much more superior.The last night of our first stay (old room) the bedroom light would not switch off so had to call maintenance to disconnect.

Location excellent. Specially I wanted to stay in Bandra west. Breakfast was also good for me as it had all the necessary items.

There was a renovation going on. So there was an annoying noise during the day.

The renovation of the rooms was excellent!! New beds are great!!

Breakfast was not actually ready at 7:00 am, as advertised! Everything else was quite good!

Really bad odor in the rooms and the flush wasn’t working, and staff were unapologetic

Location is very good . Good breakfast . The staff does try and help out , they have new premium apartments on the 5th floor try and book those if u need to be staying there .

There are certain floors that have a renovation works going on so from 9 am to 7 am there is a lot of noise drilling and banging .

This is the most horrible experience ever had , I booked one bedroom apartment with extra bed . But There was extremely loud construction noise with drill machine and hammer in the morning at 9 am . Moreover Though it’s clearly mentioned in the booking.con that there is one bedroom apartment with extra bed but later they asked for extra charges .

They were going to charge me for the room twice, but I mentioned the price on booking.com and paid the cost as booking not their price.

We feel cheated. We paid a good amount of money and found a distinct lack of comfort.

Very noisy due to ongoing room renovation. Couldn’t sleep in the afternoon because of all the banging and drilling. The hotel should have informed us at the time of booking.

The location was fantastic—everything in Bandra was just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient. The room itself was spacious, modern, and felt fresh, while the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The relentless construction and renovation on the 5th floor (right below my room on the 6th) was absolutely unbearable! The noise was deafening—constant, with no break throughout the day. It was so overwhelming that I had no choice but to escape to a coffee shop and stay there until 7 PM just to get some peace. This level of disruption should have been clearly communicated in advance, allowing me to make an informed decision before booking. The lack of transparency was completely unacceptable.

The staff was wonderful and the facility was very clean.

The hotel is in the process of renovating the whole hotel. The work was in rooms above me. The drilling and banging was from 9 am to 7 pm( there was a notice board at reciption).The reception tried to change my room, but the option of the room was bad with mold and smell, and apparently, the hotel was fully booked.I was there for a day and a half and stayed out till 7 pm.The hotel should have put a notice on booking.com informing its customers that there is work being done. They still charge you full price.I always stay at this hotel when I am in Mumbai, and I have never had problems. I am really disappointed . I suggest either don't reserve rooms directly below the construction or give the rooms at a discounted price.

The facility is old and not maintained. Mould on the wall outside bathroom. Bathroom and floor not clean as you expect in a hotel.

Will never stay here again!

The one-bedroom apartment was smelling of sewage. The alternate option offered was also smelling of sewage. The hotel found this normal and nothing wrong with the sewage smell. The lone taff on duty was incompetent, very unhelpful, and not qualified for the job. We were offered no apology for the situation at all. They could not care less, and we were told that if we did not like it then some other guests will gladly book the room. Very disappointed considering that we are regular guests in this hotel for over 10 YEARS. We will never stay here ever again.
