Great location, wonderful friendly helpful staff. Loved the view of the city from our 8th floor room. Well appointed room which included a safe and blow dryer. Rroof top restaurant and bar was a wonderful place to spend the evenings with spectacular views

Our room was next to the elevator shaft and was pretty noisy in the evenings along with buzzers ringing an the halls and slamming doors. It did quiet down after midnight but started up again early in the morning.

The location was easy for sightseeing around Colaba area. The gate of India was just a few minutes away. And the area is full of shopping and dining options.

The hotel facilities were very old and depressing, and the staff were not professional. Our room got to be cleaned only once out of four nights we stayed. The concept of cleanness is very different from my standard. The breakfast room couldn't accommodate enough guests, and we didn't have any breakfast there as it was just full.

The staffs were great, welcoming, suppotive.The location is great very near to Gateway of India and Taj. They allowed us to early check in and also kept out luggage after check out for hours. So kind of them.Breakfast was good. Could have been better in terms of variety and also may be the quality could be improved, looking at the price.

The fan knob was not working. Renovation was going on in front of our door. The sofa was not so clean.

Location is great and the view from terrace restaurant was beautiful. Nitin from F&B was amazing. He welcomed with great smile and explained about the hotel and the view from terrace. It was because of Nitin i decided to have my evening tea and snacks at this place. Room is large and sanitized. Room service is efficient and delivered on time. Check out in morning was smooth.

Check in experience was not so good and easy. The CC machine did not generate the transaction slip and created confusion about Gpay paid which the hotel claims did not receive. Later it was confirmed they received. However this took more than 2 hours. My package was including breakfast however breakfast starts at the hotel at 8am. I had to check out at 7:15 and i told this during check in. The check in team had no courtesy of asking to offer any coffee or pastry. The bath was not so comfortable as the shower could not turn much to cold side. The toilet jet was too strong this need to be fixed. No place to keep soap in bathroom. A small soap dish would be nice. No bathmat in bathroom. Don't expect pretty view.

Comfortable big rooms, big beds, good bathroom. Hotel is well located in the tourist area. Good breakfast - lovely catering staff at breakfast.

Very poor communication prior to arrival as none of the listed contact details worked (our flight changed and had to cancel first night) - Booking.com had to help us to reach hotel for confirmation. Rooms and bathroom needs much better cleaning and one of the rooms had a random massage chair (extremely dirty) - get rid of unnecessary furniture to keep rooms tidy.Hotel only had one young lady as a staff member, which made the place slightly intimidating as travelling with two teenage daughters. The hotel should consider hiring more female staff!!!

The location of the hotel is excellent, very near the Taj Hotel and Gateway of India.

The interior is very outdated; the staff was overfriendly and constantly asking for tips. The room was not clean; there were stains on the bed covers and all sorts of dirt on the floor. The price is way too high for what this hotel offers, and it is definitely not a 4-star hotel. Even 3-stars are questionable.

Having stayed at this hotel around 5 years ago we had no hesitation in returning. This was a big mistake, the rooms were scruffy and tired. Stains on the soft furnishings and the bathroom was in need of a good clean.Our daughter had a separate room and had to be moved 3 times because of the condition of the rooms she had been given.Breakfast was inedible so I only went once.I definitely wouldNot return or recommend this property. The price they charge for a room per night is very expensive

The views were amazing, a great view of the Taj hotel and the harbour.Great location so close to everything approximately 5 minutes from all of the sights of colaba.We didn't have breakfast so we cannot comment on that .

On arrival the reception manager said we had twin beds , we showed confirmation from booking .com that we had booked a double bed and with that he said we could have a bigger room but it would cost 600 extra per night ,which we refused , I looked at the room and wasn't overly impressed but he said he wouldn't charge us extra and we didn't have any where else to go .The place just needs a good clean, the room was supposed to have been cleaned every day , the bed was made but the room still had the dirt from arriving and we were there 6 nights ,TV didn't work ,I asked for some one to have a look, and when he looked he said the aerial cable was broken and left

Location was close to attractions such as the gate of india etc easy transport links but also short walking distance to main high street in coloba

Bathroom was the week spot here. Just very tired and dated with things broken, rest of the room was ok. Breakfast was quite bleak at best.

We arrived at 1am, and the staff greeted us warmly. We were given an upgrade from a deluxe room to superior deluxe. It's been the most expensive hotel of our month trip, but the room was spacious, clean, comfy bed, good air-con and cold fridge. It had a lovely marble bathroom with 4 showers ! (That's a first!) With lots of hot water. We were facing onto Garden Road and it was really quiet. They gave us an hours grace checking out at 1pm and as we're on a late train tonight they will give us a room to shower in. I'd recommend this hotel for your stay in Mumbai and don't know why it only scores 6.2??!!

The breakfast was abit limited, but they would cook extras for you, like fried eggs and dosa.

Receptionists treatment with less care as not a valuable guests, the room is very old not maintained well, we saw hair in rest room it was awful, the bedsheet was dirty with blood spots, uncomfortable stay ??

Facilities were run down, bedroom was very unclean, breakfast was not fresh and the whole room was dirty, the hotel manager tried to downgrade our room with the excuse of “take it up with booking .com” before eventually giving in. Overall we did not feel comfortable or happy here at all, nowhere near worth the money paid. Avoid.

everything was good. nothing bad as such .

The good parts: amazing location - it doesn’t get more central in Mumbai; nice helpful staff; good shower.

The bad parts: everything else. Old broken furniture; old poorly washed bedding; room cleanness questionable. Breakfast with very little choice in general and for European food especially - all we could eat was some omelette and toast.

I got a nice big room instead of the standard room due to availability. The view in front is very nice - of quaint buildings.The tea was good, and the staff polite. Overall, it is a good hotel in a quaint neighborhood.

The furniture in the breakfast hall is of ordinary quality - they need to have proper wooden tables and chairs instead of the steel ones they're using at present. The tables are the folding type and the chairs are not comfortable. They need to be replaced with proper wooden furniture.The bread and jam being served needs to be of better quality. The jam in particular seemed very artificial with a lot of colour in it.One night employee was talking very loudly while having his breakfast.Some discarded plastic covers/bottles etc were kept in a small pile in one corner - instead of being disposed off properly.
