Location was good. Bed was comfortable and room good size.

Looking a bit shabby. Electric sockets only conform to Indian plug sizes. Breakfast now very exciting.

The Hotel staff was willing to help and accommodate anything possible.

The room that was given was too small in-order to get a better room I had to pay from my pocket

The staff at this hotel was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and super helpful the entire time. The room was large and I was very pleased with my experience. There is lots of shopping very close and easy to get around to places.

The floor in the bathroom didn't look as clean as I would have liked. I also found a hair clip under the bed that wasn't mine.

Great location for Powai area access, with great breakfast, but property needs upgrade

Staff are courteous and nice! It's close to places I needed to attend. It's also close to Galleria, where I could try some street food. The room is spacious. The room is cleaned every day and it's clean overall. Breakfast food was delicious!

At the start, the room was dusty, though they cleaned it afterward.

The hotel is located in an ideal location if you're business traveler. However, the room I stayed had a weird stench which I suspect is from the air-conditioning. Unfortunately, all the rooms in the floor had the same weird stench. I eventually got sick with a really bad sinus.

Accessibility to all locations and food. On site good restaurant. Quite and easy access.

Quality of the furniture and washroom can improve.

Perfect stay at a nice hotel with very professional and courteous staff

Lack of gym/ fitness center is an issue. Even any partnership program with the gyms in the area or with Fern would have helped

The room and bathroom size was great. The bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. The view was great (main road view). The breakfast was plentiful and the staff are super friendly.

One of the staff members opened a Perrier water in our room and initially they charged us for it. We don't ever touch the bar or fridge items and this was disappointing that we had to deal with this situation.

A bit of noise from the street during the day (not a big issue at night).The door that separates rooms is not sound proof, sometimes other guests could be heard.It didn't bother me.

Location and the staff (Vikas, Sagar, and Somnath specifically). Everyone is well trained and good at their jobs.

This time, unfortunately, a large Indian family was next door. Very noisy and kids were running around in the hallway making remote work difficult. Hotel management tried but gave up I guess.

Rodas An Ecotel Hotel was a good experience. The hotel was really nice and the staff was really nice and accommodating. We were treated really nice as they were able to store some things for us as we were coming back to the hotel. They even help in getting sim-card. The distance to the international airpost was not long, only outside rush hours. Many restaurants and markets nearby. Very easy to get uber or auto's. Pleasant stay indeed.

I loved the location .

I didn’t like how cut throat and rude the staff were . I’m talking about this one lady and gentleman at the reception . They were out right rude and wouldn’t oblige for any of our requests . It almost felt dominating to us like we were in a hostel and not a leisurely hotel stay.

Staff are generally excellent. Especially at the front desk (Mr. Vikas) and reservation desk. Parabola is a good place to enjoy food. Wifi strength is good for work. Location is also great.

Breakfast was early, location was good. Hotel has a modern look. Staff were polite. They did understand our difficulties, Which I think were beyond there scope to deal with.

When entering our room, there was a smoky smell as if someone had been smoking in there previously. We would always assume that rooms were given on a non-smoking basis, we have never encountered being put in a smokers room. We booked the hotel well over 6 months before this visit, but the staff were not able to change our room. They sent someone to spray air freshener, but it only had a very temporary effect. Also the shower is not designed properly as the shower door opens outward, it pushes the floor towel away so you end up making the bathroom floor wet.
