Breakfast was ok. Could have better. Choices was very limited. Restaurant stuff doesn't wanna do or help little more.

Restaurant service was very poor.

Great staff and flexible in preparing food. They easily accommodate special diet.

Bathroom needs revamp.

A safe and quiet place away from noise.. The staff do their work with great seriousness and calmness.. The hotel restaurants are excellent. They have 3 different restaurants and the food tastes great.

I hope for some renovation and change in the design of the rooms... I came to this hotel before in 2017 and nothing has changed in the rooms

The room has a floor-to-ceiling window,the whole room bright and clean, and quiet spacious. The bathroom is good, and the beds are comfortable. Most importantly, the staffs are so nice and friendly, they helped us many things, thanks for them !The service was very good in total !

Crowded location, inaccurate description regarding the property rating. Housekeeping was inefficient would not change towels or would miss replacing them with the soiled ones. Unclean service. Super expensive food bills for regular food. Inefficient reception staff. The floor aisle had smoke smell even though we had requested non smoking room and areas. Hotel corridors were extremely noisy at nights people talking loudly and could hear loud television noise from other rooms. Was travelling with elderly member of family and had disturbed rest.

They accommodate my special diet and staff were very friendly

The staff were amazing and helpful. specially Mr. Rajesh and the girl in reception.dont rememver her Name I think its Ms. Navya. They were very helpful and very kind to me.. The rooms are nice and clean.

Stayed alone with my 19 month old daughter as a pit stop before continuing my onward journey by train. CST is very closento the hotel, making the location super convenient. Hotel is fabulous and super safe and good value for money. Staff catered to our every need. Would 100% stay here again.

The Breakfast was Superb and the Bed was very comfortable

Location is good, and breakfast was great. A lot of different options, and went on until 10.30am which meant we didn’t have to wake up at dawn to eat like in other places. Staff were very friendly, and helpful and attentive at all times. Room was clean, and bedsheets and towels were changed and fresh everyday. We were on the 10th floor, and the views were pretty cool too!

The bathroom, although clean for the most part, the shower/bathtub was dirty.

The wi-fi did not work - in the dental kit there was no toothbrush

The manager is extremely rude. He does not adjust to the customers needs and wants. The have unnecessary extra taxes on everything. When asked to let my brother "a thrid person" to be allowed after 11pm in the room they charged us 2000+taxes to let him into the room. They were absolutely unprofessional while communicating and make calls on your personal number for checkout.

I didn’t stay there because they didn’t let me check in plus they charge me even I was not able to check in

Room was way too much cold, the manager refused to refund money when we had to cancel the booking for second day due to an emergency

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect for those who want to be around Worli and Mumbai Central, with easy access to nearby attractions. The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in this area!
