I had 2 bookings with the hotel. They have created the confusion when booking.com people has deducted the money for one night from both the bookings , when person showed up they again charge more amount n said that we have returned the previous amount. And when asked why is it like did then they put the blame on booking.com people. This happened on 11th sept and till nw i have not received my reversed amount.

It wasn’t clean. There was termite in the closet. It needs renovation ASAP.

It was lively and I liked the staffs. The stay was also comfortable making this stay special for me.

The only thing I didn’t like is rhe internet connection. Sometimes it would go away and in the lobby of the hotel the internet is not even reachable.

Breakfast was awesome, too many varieties to try. Location was also good if you are travelling for work, otherwise it was very far from Mumbai.

The constant smell of food on the floors. Appears that the restaurant kitchen vents to the inside of the hotel, so there's a string smell of food all the time. That's a put off.

The property is very clean, staffs are execellent, we booked the “Clasic Room” but on check-in we were offered “pristine room”. The reception staff specifically Miss Aditi was very polite and humble and offered us the pristine room as we were 3 member. and the room was really good. Will always choose this hotel whenever I go to mumbai. Breakfast too was excellent. There are lots of restaurants and shopping malls nearby

Room was spacious , nice size of bathroom ,good toiletries , vehicular noise was felt in the room horns etc , location was great overall good experience , i recommend to all

Breakfast spread is good. Fruits spread, food spread, Indian, Asian, western style choices of food.Hotel automatically provide adaptors for universal usage, 4x 500ml bottles mineral water provided every day Location is walking distance to a shopping mall. Pricing a little expensive though

Room comfortable and clean with extremely helpful and friendly staff, each and every one of them helped me with what ever i needed.

Far from the center of the city but i was so happy, safe and content with all the rest that i’ve extended my stay from 4 days to stay there 8 days in total.

Rooms have been recently renovated .Staff helpful and polite
