Hotel Bawa Suites Bandra

While the hotel was good, what I didn't appreciate was the works going on with the installation of the new lift. I was in Mumbai for dental surgery & spend almost my entire time in the hotel due to the risk of infection.

What I didn't appreciate was having to pay an outrageous price through booking.com. You know that international travellers are at a disadvantage because we don't understand the value of things in other countries. In future I will book directly with the hotel, so you won't be getting any more business from me you rip off cnt.

Close to Dentz. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food and room service.

breakfast selection was ideal . rooms were always made up . Cleaning Staff were exceptional . Reception Desk staff were very Helpful . Location was Great .

Lifts are Under Costruction . once completed , it should be Okay

The staff are amazing, incredibly attentive and friendly, and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

There was some construction going on at the time but I'm sure that's a one off temporary event that coincided with my stay. Nothing major

Liked the variety and able to order eggs fresh cooked, pancakes and rice.

No decaf coffee! The old fashioned lifts were tiny slow and often guests forgot to close the metal concertina door so lift was constantly stuck and other lift was being modernized

Very friendly and obliging staff. Bfast service at OCafe Excellent!!! Room service good and fast. Zante friendly staff and good service. Food quality very good specially at bfast and room service. Manoj, Sadaf plus other two waiters were extremely helpful at bfast. Ajay,Preeti and Sanchit friendly and helpful. Housekeeping team with Durai excellent. Thank you to all the staff for an excellent job. Well done !!!

Bfast menu specially hot food need more variety. Specially long staying guests from Dentzz. Limited TV channels specifically no connection to smart tv channels as internet not connected. Very disappointed. Late checkout of three hours refused flatly and half day packaged promoted.

location, security 24/7, friendly helpful staff

No motel self Laundry service for visitors to do themselves. Maybe have clothes airers on offer for visitors who wish to wash their own clothes. The beds are too low to the floor, the air conditioners filters need a weekly clean, the ceiling fan needs daily cleaning on fan blades.

Great friendly professional service, Very Clean, Buffet breakfast was awesome.

It was ok.

Cleanliness was not the best. I was almost forced to pay the full fair multiple times while check-in in to the hotel. This is after fare was already fully paid for 1 out of the 2 night. I had to convince the staff that I will pay in sometime after multiple negotiations. This was completely unnecessary.

It is located in a good part of Mumbai close to shoes and mat restaurants.The staff were friendly and helpful

My room did smell of tobacco despite being a no smoking room.My son’s TV didn’t work.

- Although on a busy street, the level 7 room had little noise. - Very kind and accommodating housekeeping staff.- Complimentary bottles of water. - 24/7 reception service.

- A large window was left open before we checked-in (at night), so the room was filled with mosquitoes. - The hot water was broken on our first night meaning we could not shower after a long day of travel. While we can appreciate that these things happen, we were disappointed with the communication around this matter. Instead of being given accurate information, we kept being told "5 minutes more" and repeatedly hung up on, even though it took 2 hours to rectify. This meant we stayed up passed midnight instead of just sleeping (which we would have done if we were told upfront that there were going to be delays). When we tried to give feedback about this, we were told the Manager would contact us, although he did not until we followed it up again at the end of the day. Finally when he did contact us, he did offer a complimentary breakfast as compensation, which was much appreciated.- The reception tried to charge us for a "Redbull" from the mini-bar, that we definitely did not have.- The laundry costs at check-out were greater than what we had calculated when we submitted the laundry receipt. When asked for clarification, they told us we had 4 x "jackets", even though we had 0 jackets. They were unable to reproduce the itemised laundy receipt we had submitted with the laundry. In the end, I paid as we did not have time to dispute the matter further (as we needed to get to airport). =- The rooms are in need for upgrade - the walls are cracked, bathroom has mould and the aircon is very loud at night (we turned it off to sleep). The reception area is very nice, the rooms are needing some care! - Long curly hairs were often found on the towels and bedding.

Great location and comfortable bed for a few nights in Mumbai.

Breakfast was very unorganised, and fridge in the room wasn’t very cold. Very noisy all night, but that was expected with the main road location.

Good location great staff value for money

Comfy, clean, great location, 7th floor room was quiet despite being located on the main road

The AC controls were not working so well so I had difficulty regulating the fan speed

Good service and great rooms , and Sarwam, Sitaram, Kishore, Sachin, Durai and Preeti were great staff and really helped make the experience all the more better and liked the stay

The drainage wasn’t working in the tub , when the tub drain was opened , so the water came out through the drain next to the wc

I didn’t have breakfast there

The size of the room and the height of the bed.

I was happy with the breakfasts. My wife never aeats breakfast
