I have book this hotel at different price rate and they ask something else its more even when my family reach there and i see on booking.com the amount was changed totally disappointed with hotel and booking.com

nothing to be honest

the room was unclean and it had cheap deodrant, also there was a small mouse in the room which was roaming here and there, worst stay ever

Staff was pathetic, not responding to requests, made us wait in other room even after check in time. Washroom was pathetic not cleaned in ages

Absolutely nothing

It was a nightmare. The rooms were dirty. There were cockroaches all around. Since we paid the amount, we didn't not even get a rupees back. We spent 13k for staying with cockroaches for a night and then we decided to shift and they did not refund a single penny. We asked them to clean the rooms multiple times on day one, they refused to do that also

Rude behaviour of the staff. I request for bedroom for 3 people but they only give double bed room and tell me to adjust or cancel the booking. And in the room water was dripping from air conditioner as well as from washroom ceiling. Size of the room was very small.

hello gys i am karthikeyan last time i was stay this hotel as suite so i proud of booking.com very nice hotel very safly and good clean room all staff was great and helpful so ,gys amaging hotel .i very comfirtable good service and privet parking so fully service i recomend all gys stay in mumbai so cone time choose this hote as suite

It's a little closer to metro station so connectivity is okay.

My room was given to some other couple , they kept all our stuff outside the room and when we found out they shifted us to a different room with no bathroom light, no flush no toilet seat. We had to get everything repaired and then we were able to stay. It was not good.

Location was very good nearby restaurant.. but The room was so dirty
