Disgusting stay

Disgusting washroom facilities. No deny all kit was kept in the room and also the worst part was the flush. The things were just not getting flushed also if you hold the flush button for long the water would come outside.Pathetic and was disgusted to watch it

No elevator, only staircase, no porch to reach reception, no valet parking, long walk from the car drop to reception, no security check, not so good breakfast

Location was good. Breakfast was also good.

The room are too small. Bed are queen size, separate bed preferred when you travel with colleagues

It could be a very nice hotel but it’s not.

Dead, no lights at all at the reception when we arrived, we thought it was closed. Then they couldn’t find our booking and it took an hour to check in ( made us wait in the half lighted lobby)and was struggling to scan our documents. Finally, we had to carry our suitcases to the second floor as there’s no lift ?.All this to find a horrible little room with mosquitoes and Ac hardly working. We had asked an extra bed and they brought a mattress for one of us to sleep on the floor ??‍♀️?. Bedsheets stained ( I just hope they were clean) we booked another hotel from the next day onwards and the check out was also a disaster. They should shut down as it’s really not worth any money. Two incompetent employees asking us unnecessary documents and visa etc …. Which none of the other hotels asked for during our stay.Simply a nightmare!!!!!

Booking.com charged 5000,,from me ,, although acc.to hotel reception the room cost per day is 3500,,only ,,as I'm a regular customer of booking.com,,but this time they have cheated me ,,

Each time we got back to te hotel at the end of th day, the reception staff kept asking us again and again where we are going and who we are. Very unprofessional behaviour. Besides that the washrooms are unclean and unhygienic. The location of the hotel is amazing, but the staff needs intense training in customer care and hospitality. this hotel is not meant for families.

No Complimentary Breakfast Was there! When asked they said it is not included.

I would not recommend anybody to stay there. You will pay so much and end up getting disappointed. Walls are having fungal moulds. Not well maintained.
