HOTEL ZILLION EXECUTIVE - Kurla West

While I made the booking the description mentioned there is one living room and one separate bedroom. However, after checking in and paying full amount, I got a small room without a living room. Description also mentioned about free toiletries however, the hotel did not provide any free toiletries and charged us for that. The location is basically around a slum and does not feel safe at all.

Good location .... nearby BKC, US consulate, etc.Good staff, clean premises.

I Never tried breakfast in the hotel because, i like Mumbai street food and pizzas.

When i reached in the room i found bedsheet was not cleaned properly, also pillow cover was dirty.

Breakfast was ok but used to finish before time

Laundry system is pathetic and highly irresponsible staff

There was mouse in the room. We asked to change the room and they happily accommodate that request and shift us to another room next morning.

Room was just okay okay.Stafff was good

Location of the hotel is not good.Breakfast was not upto mark.There is a small room which they have modified into breakfast room.

everyone are superb...and the owner is absolutely very good man who wants to give possible topnotch services to customers...btw i was reading newspaper in the morning ..the scene happened infront of my eyes i.eowner call the manager and show some dust floor and tells him to fix it..after fixing it..i gave a advice to that manager..that"agar tu ey chiz ache se banayega na, aaj manager ho, kal malik banoge..."that words really impressed me and gave me motivation in morning...and abdul bhai was awsome and provided me very good services...and last but not least the boys of zillion are really hard working and humble..guys coming for visa interviews ...i prefer at most priority...

Humble and cooperative staff, excellent service. The rooms were neat and clean,well furnished .

Location is very near to the BKC and in heavy traffic as well with a car you can reach in maximum 20-30 minutes. Without traffic it is actually 10-11 minutes. The room was very clean and washroom as well. Bedsheets had some staining but was not smelly.

The surroundings are filthy and does not feel very nice around.

Lot of disturbance, noice on the floor, and power cut in whole night.. money expense on the room not matched with expectations

It is not at all worth paying 5k for this property. Very small room. Bathroom is also very small. Lift can barely fit 2 people.
