This Hotel is quite a value for Money, the room size was parity decent its location is also good for people mainly having work around the northern western suburbs of Mumbai that is from Andheri till Borivali.

Although I did not took the booking with breakfast but had visited the restaurant. I did not find the buffet vey interesting it was serving only the south Indian Idli and Dosa. Also I did not found any suitable option in the vicinity of the Hotel for breakfast.

They called and cancelled my booking day before my arrival. Reason given was some rooms required urgent maintenance and thus my booking had to be cancelled. There were others colleagues also due to check in same day, and each of them was given different excuses (including the fact that extra rooms were booked out by VIP), but they all managed to get rooms since they were in person and created scene by calling local senior management . Since i was still in international transit, had no choice by book another hotel last minute.

Hot & cold Water in shower is inconsistency. Breakfast very limited and spicy. No fresh foods. Most fried foods. Bedsheets need to change. Toiletries poor quality. Not worth to pay more than 80$ to 90$ per night per room for double occupancy.

The staff members were very polite, nice and, willing to help. The room was well kept, had modern amenities and was extremely functional.

The AC gave out really bad odor from time to time.

Unnecessary calling. Gave the checkin time, they accepted it and still kept on calling to confirm when I would check in!!Restaurant was almost empty still the service was quite slow. First day: no one brought the bill for a long time. When I walked out after giving the room number, someone brought it. Oddly the room access card got blocked after leaving the restaurant. Co-incidence! The second day was much better.

The location is convenient, the property very well-managed, the restaurant (hunky dory) offered good food, but they need to add more variety.

Well designed decor.Lighting inside room is excellent.In room ironing board, spare water bottles appreciated.Two chairs in room just great for all those non sleeping hours.Actual rooms are just as shown on the site.Staff was very enthusiastic.Location is excellent.

Contactless dining app is too slow and got hanged multiple times. Interface isn't that intuitive or user friendly. Actually they should explain the app better to in room guests. Breakfast buffet quality is average. Second day of stay, went outside to eat breakfast.Ala carte preparations were really good.Soundproofing and tv volume control needed. Could hear the TV and guest voices from both rooms on either sides.Bathroom Sliding door was newly fitted and was too heavy to move The floor was covered with thin layer of dirt. Most of these can be easily addressed. Wishing the best to the staff.
