There’s space for parking

Hygiene isn’t maintained, room smells bad, specially the toilet is not clean

The staff is good and helpful also location is quite accessible.

I was charged slightly extra than the price at which I booked it from Booking.com, it felt quite uprofessional and gives a sense of cheating. No common utilities provided like bathroom kit, slippers what we expect from a good hotel.

Pleasant

Very old and poorly maintained rooms.Dirty lobby bathroom Breakfast was ordinary.Not worth the money paid.

It was average- just ok types and you will not feel awesome - however parking space for car was good to keep vehicle safe and enough big room for work.

Property could be lit and pleasant (smell wise)

Location and ambience

The hotel was good but the only drawback was the fact that they did not allow outside food and did not provide cutlery. My friends had got home cooked food but had to have it in paper plates

No any reason to like

Breakfast @ extra charge. Not included. Quality was so so. Rooms are much older with small bads.

Rooms .. Bathroom door was jammed and there were cockroaches inside the room

Our pick-up at the airport was messy. Somehow the hotel staff did not check arrival of our flight and did not pass on mobile number to the driver of the pickup van. Hence we wasted valuable time at the airport calling each other.

Breakfast area was lacking in variety of food. That area looked dirty and the staff mulling about at the counter doing nothing. Their uniform lacked professional outlook. However the bell captain and the day manager at the reception counter were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their performances.

Terrible. One of colleague tried and regret for it. They charge after asking a omelet :)

Nothing is good here. The price we paid is not half of the service

Breakfast was good having mix of fruits, paratha, eggs, pav bhaji, bread toast and tea/coffee.

Its an old property but bathrooms have been duly renovated and clean. But rooms had a door in between that compromised the privacy.

A little updating would not go amiss

I had a lovely room with two windows with tree canopies outside both. The windows could open and I loved the outlook. Staff were very accommodating and prompt to resolve any issues. I was undertaking studies and was able to connect to wifi throughout the whole week, which was great.

The pillows were very old and flat. Staff were able to find a replacement pillow for me, which I appreciated. The TV didn't work, but that didn't bother me too much.

It was convinient

It For a four star hotel quality of almost every thing was poor.Pillows were hard, shower didnt have hot water .Had to pay everything such as sandwiches , tea etc Usually one signs a receipt and pay on check out

it needs to be be re furbished. Everything inside the rooms looks outdated (eg. AC control unit had broken buttons, etc).

Very nice staff, a good price for a good location. The hotel is ok and Popo restaurant with the hotel is very good. I spent a good time and good moments.

Wifi connection is very slow. The hotel is very close to the university and the airport but far from the city center

The staff were friendly and doing a good job. The size of the rooms are fairly good.

It is an old hotel inside. The pictures they show on the internet is not what you get those beautiful new rooms. They should update their pictires in the site. I personally may not go there on another visit not to say somebody else should not. The price is a bit high for what it is plus also breakfast is chargeable although there is not much on offerer
