Hotel Airport Annex

I booked in 9th January 2026 for one day and I leave the room same day after some hours because of bed bugs and bad smel

They are Nice and Animal lovers. A lot of Green around the Hotel.

Room was preaty old furnitures...

Off the main road.you got to walk to the main road to get auto rikshas.No restaurants nearby. Beds are hard n uncomfortable

They charged for 3 adult and 1 kid accommodation room and provided 2 people occupancy room, giving the excuse that all rooms are booked. Why the hell I need to reserve 1 month in advance when the priority is given to the people who walked in on same day.

The location is good - just 3 kms from the airport.

The room size is not as shown in the picture. Wifi not working. Complimentary water not provided.

Nothing is there to like in this hotel

This was the worst room you could get.No hot water shower, Water coming out in drips , not flowing from the tap which looked 50 years old. Cocroach running under bed.When key inserted into slot to turn power on in the room , no power would come on. Had to find hotel staff in corridor who turned a switch on the outside "( in corridor of hotel). Why would they switch it off is beyond me.Very stressful trip. Person n reception disappears for 15-20 minutes at a time keeping clients waiting in reception.Need my money back!!! Could not shower because no hot water in this room !!!!!

I liked nothing

Room was stinky we literally had to manage because we had paid the amount.We had orders Lunch and they did not gave proper plates and spoons.

This property is very nice for Budget value rooms, i regular and frequently visited person last 3 years in this property. Staff is very good regarding services, In house kitchen with good chef. Had a fantastic and lovely food last time.

Location is close to the airport nice surroundings with lot of shops and Restaurants

Breakfast not good. Location was very good for me. Near to my work.

Cleanliness, housekeeping, not done in time and for days. Also there are stray dogs full time sleeping on the entrance door and in the night when we come they bark on us and pounce in us. It's very scary and no matter how many times we tell their staff to keep the dogs away, they never do anything about the stray unhealthy dogs. Its disgusting to say the least.

Fair pricing.

One can not shorten the period of stay, if you hv booked & paid for 4-Day stay, & on 2nd day you plan to check out on 3rd day but no-way you can't get refund of 1-day, as they say that its entered in ledger & gst info is settled. So if anybody not sure about stay period, can book accordingly & as per room availability.

The very location of the hotel. There was no noise, very peaceful place for the couples or families to live in.

There was no resting place and dining too.

Staff is so cooperative and maintain cleanliness.. Also hotel is pet friendly &situated in peaceful area.. Nice to stay here?

Situated in good location.

Owner of the property is very arrogant, I stayed 3 nights . One of my room AC did not worked I bound to sleep without AC. They didn’t rectified the issue in the night.

Location is great! 15 mins drive to Mumbai airport, room was OK for the price.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Even with fan on at full speed couldn't sleep at night. Asked at the reception for any solution and they mentioned they have no solution for it.

Property has Spacious and clean rooms as well as washroom..!Staff is very helpful and coperative .Food served here is tasty.

Everything is good about the property

Location. Staff. Well received even at late hours.Clean wash rooms and well maintained.

Ambience. Despite of no smoking boards, u would sense cigarette smell any time.Not a value for money.one can get better room at a better price.Corridor could be spacious and properly ventilated.
