Bad stay i have ever experienced in my life, there is rats in the hotel, the rats were going through the floor, no manners to the the guest, the funniest part is i didnt even is a place similar to the photos they posted in the ad, even the name board it self is utter lie, loss of money, and about the bathroom, i think they didnt clean the bathroom after there last guest visit, and the bed sheets and cult has marks of something they wiped?.

There is not even a single reason to like this property, if possible shut the hotel and sit in home, please dont make the people fools.

Only the location was good.

Almost everything else. My first room had a leak in the ceiling, the second room had a broken AC and another leak. The rooms were dirty with stained sheets, unclean floors, and roaches. There were also rats in the ceiling, and I even saw one run across the kitchen counter where food is served. On top of that, it was noisy outside the rooms at night, making it near impossible to rest. The property is also misleading; outside it isn’t even Collection O, but Hotel Airport Metro.

The reviews must be a scam there is nothing nice about this place. All the photos are fake. The room and bedding is Filthy and the amount of rats running around is unbelievable. Avoid at all costs

To many mosquitoes n insects in the room . No space to walk . It just has a bed . No sufficient space to walk around if luggage is there. The room smells and worst you can here rats roaming on the false celing at night.

Rooms are good with decent rate with working tv and wifi and room services are good even the staffs

Hotel is good only just for sleep

Not at all value for money, very poor Disappointing Stay – Needs Major ImprovementsI recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Several issues made my stay uncomfortable:•Billing Delay: I was told I’d receive my bill online, but I have yet to receive it.•TV Remote Missing: The TV was useless without a remote, and no replacement was provided.•A/C Not Working Properly: The cooling was ineffective, making the room uncomfortable.•Mosquito Repellent Unavailable: The provided repellent was empty and dry, leaving no protection against mosquitoes.•No Parking Available: Despite expectations, parking was not available at all, causing inconvenience.Overall, the lack of basic amenities and poor service make it difficult to recommend this hotel. I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve.

Rooms were in basement and stinking. It was looking like there are dead rats and urine/ garbage smell was too high. Rooms were also very small in sizeOne more thing, when you are sitting on water closet, its cover was lying over to the sitting person. Wash rooms were dirty.
