Staff, food, unclean beds, bathroom good AC not working properly, the room was booked for 2 and they have mentioned unmarried couples allowed and they didn't allow us unfortunately we had to book another place for other it was very sad and the worst experience never seeing this place again.....

Location of Hotel & maintained cleanliness of Hotel room. Food Quality is very good. Very delicious & decent Breakfast items.

The canteen room is quite small in size creating an uncomfortable seating arrangement. The canteen room either should be larger or less table chairs need to be placed for more comfortable sitting.

It was not value for Money at all. At same charges five star hotels are providing unparalleled service under MoU. They have to bring some evident changes in their staff, ambience and meals spread.

Proximity to the centre of town

Difficult getting to bfast&dinner.The price was high because some meals included.It should be cheaper with option of no meals included.

Road entering hotel was under construction so lot of inconvenience including parking issue.

Prime location but take room in 2nd and 3rd floor as 1st floor rooms are small and no window

Lift didnt work

Nothing. We were early and requested for early check-in through booking.com. Upon reaching the hotel we were denied admission and were asked to pay extra amount for the early check-in.Also I explained that we will be checking out early on 7th as we have a train to catch. They charged us for the first day breakfast. I informed that if they could get us some sandwich in the morning of check-out as we will not be able to have our breakfast. They serve breakfast from 8 to 10.30. we had to check out by 5.30. They said no straight away even without checking .The room we received was not good it was a very small bathroom and also the comode was very high. Me and my mom had difficulty to use. When I asked housekeeping he said that room change is not possible as the room are full and can be only done the next day.When I went and complained on the reception desk. I was shown 2 rooms. Both the rooms were not clean but were asked to move in any of the room.There was no bathmat provided bathroom was dirty and not clean. The geyser was the scariest thing to use. As anyone may end up getting a shock. The flush was not working properly. The Ac was not working as the remote also was in a bad state.The Managers need to learn to talk to people with respect. Even I work as a Manager and know how to turn a bad experience into a good one. And the Manager has the audacity to say that you have been crying for past 02 days just for a breakfast request. I don't understand if I am paying for breakfast I should get the facility. When I stayed with South Green Hotel in Mumbai. They managed to give us tea and coffee in the morning at 5. This is called customer service and not what I received in this hotel.Will not recommend for families as there are only more of male guests in the hotel and no female staff also. It feels awkward when u move around the hotel with your mom and everyone stares at the 02 Of us.

I love the breakfast spread they offer at a minimum price. The locality is very nice. Walkable to most of the offices nearby. The locality of the hotel also makes it accessible to Mumbai's tourist hotspot as well.

The hotel rooms are pricey, well it's Mumbai!! Also few rooms have no proper ventilation!

Breakfast was good for the small amount they charged

Service and cleanliness have come down compared to our previous visit in 2022. They provided only 1 water bottle per day(that was also not a sealed water bottle) for two people. Further during our last day on 20th morning there was some repair work in the adjoining room making a huge noise which they ignored when we complained to the manager. But in 2022 this same hotel provided a good service, maybe staff is demotivated or due to lack of training. Wifi was not working properly and they had disconnected our wifi 1 day prior to the check out date (check out on 20th but wifi didnt work from 19th evening)

Location was walkable to Colaba market and some other tourist attractions.

Rooms were not clean, extremely dusty and rooms were very small. There is hardly any space for bags and to walk around. I booked the deluxe double room for 2, and the pictures were deceiving as rooms in pictures were a lot more spacious but in reality it was a tight squeeze. Bathroom was extremely dirty. Cleaning staff need to do a better job. Towels are dated, and no longer white. Time for a change to fresh white towels! On their website and other platforms (booking.com and Agoda) they advertise that slippers, hair dryer and toiletries are provided, but these are only available upon request.

Room 403 no shower

I didn't enjoy my stay at this hotel. Nothing positive to say about from that it's at a good location.

I didn't enjoy my stay at this hotel. The first room I was shown had no window. Then I was given a room with a window but outside the window was full of pigeons and pigeon dirt and also noise from the pigeons. There was also constant noise from the lift which beeped repeatedly every time it was used so it was difficult to get any rest. The shower had such low pressure that mostly it didn't work at all. The breakfast was mediocre and also served in a windowless room.

Breakfast was ok, need more on the menu. Rooms was decent.

There was alot of dust and cobwebs under the beds especially the oldish room. The new renovated room was better.

Nice staff, good included breakfast.

Initially no toilet paper, poor shower facility and no English tv stations. Very rudimentary.

Location was convenient.

It was very dirty, noisy and very moldy.

Don't stay here

The room has not even been cleaned for my stay of 4 days, no shower, there is leakage in the washroom, the room smells funky, no food option, the employees look untidy only wearing slippers, lift stopped working. Not worthy of staying.

Excellent place. The room is clean. Nice air-conditioning. There is 24-hour hot water. The breakfast is good. The staff are nice and friendly.

The price is a little high, but I guess that's due to the location.

After having dinner on our second day of stay, we all got indisposed with vomiting and loose motions.No sleep on that horrible night
