This place is very clean. Receptionist helped us get the key quickly. The bed sheets, towels, floor was clean. We got some complimentary snacks inside the room.

The kitchen staff and the servers could be more prompt.

Moderately sized rooms, but cramped lift.Great service, very good cleanliness.Extensive room service food for bevereages: great taste, good portion size, fast service.Large TV with many channels, but needs payment regularly, so TV goes blank often. Fast check in and check out. Taxis often confuse with theTunga Regale hotel next door.

Room was clean

Initially I had put in a single guest booking request Which I later changed to double occupancy. The receptionist charged for an extra person , even though the room had two beds and there was no free breakfast. I feel the additional charge was random and not as per policy.

The rooms were well sized and the restaurant and the support staff was good. The location is well placed if you seek connectivity to the airport and also to other business locations.

It was the reception and the manager who did not respect the booking made. They charged us an additional 1800 bucks for our 11 yr old (2012 Nov born) as 12 yr old. I call this a case of robbing your customer and now they get a bad name plus a lost customer. The reason for me booking the hotel was the proximity to the airport. With similar price, I would have been able to book hotels even more closer to the airport. Booking.com should take the property manager to task and even consider not allowing them to list on booking.com

The rooms were clean and neat.

However it wasn't a sound proof room All the activities happening outside the room could be heard and was somewhat disturbing

I paid Rs 4k for one night and Rs 6k for the next 2 nights. Definitely not worth 6k. At 4k it's fine. Rooms are very small. Can't open the window as there's a building ten feet away. The 6k room is smaller than the 4k room. No shampoo or I couldn't find it. No space in shower stall to keep ANYTHING including your own toiletries

I liked nothing

The staff was rude, the price was exuberant. The staff tried to threaten us indirectly.

Great location and clean and modern. Very helpful staff and food was good to especially if you cannot take the spicy food in India they have good options.

Little noise from traffic

The staff in the day time at the reception were very warm and helpful . They really were the only good thing about the stay in the hotel.

The night staff was pathetic,shortage of staff in the hotel,no bathrobe,hairdryer etc in the room.

The rooms were well-sized for the price and the facilities + Staff were amazing. The best part was the food and great value for money. A very good place to stay for work or leisure.

Room was clean and good

I had checked in at 10pm evening and at morning 11am i got call from reception to check out by 12 . Staff didn't coporated to allow to extend the stay as by flight was at evening 7pm. For this stay I paid 7500 and it was not worth the money.

Location and comfort provided by hotel is top notch . Would recommend for Mumbai close to airport and all places are easily accessible.
