The rooms were bad with mosqitos n cockroches all around the rooms need good renovation . The rooms were stinkin i actually had to use perfume every whr so that it smells good curtains were not good bedsheet towels were light yellow bad really bad

Staff was excellent.

The internet was terrible at the property. The connection was never stable and very very low bandwidth.

The staffs were polite except for 1 staff Narayan in d zodiac restaurant , very clumsy .

The rooms are pathetic , so dirty , filled with smoke smell , the washrooms were yuck . They came to clean our room and even left their dirty cloth on our bags . Disgusting . 0 value for money . It was a traumatic experience . Its a 1 star hotel not a 4 star .

Hotel policy is too rigid. Not flexible at all! I have booked three rooms for three days. Unfortunately two guest cannot join on 1st day due to airline issue. I have informed in morning (just after 1 hr of booking) about situation and ask for two rooms to cancel for 1st day. But hotel is so adamant even booking.com was ready, they couldn’t cancelled and charged for fully for two days even it went empty. Hotel was ruining fully booked and they have all kind of opportunity to allocate some other people.

There was rude behavior of staff including seniors which m complaint but no response at all. 100% was not meeting the ITC consortium. Also attended pahari food which was a complete duplicassy & same also updated to shef & seniors management at hotel but no responce

Even lastly , they were taken back small food kits from my wife's hand during the leave of the hotel while m paid for all. Of ourse was my mistake that in general all ITCs tea, small kits except wine free to use but here was not but m not aware . Same also updated to managers but no action and taken money as pr tariff thats may ok with hotel but again misbehave like this that food taken back from customer hand? M was in meeting at different place & wife shared the latter to avoid discrepancy and destry journey. It's worst experience of ITC even for any hotel guest house in my life.

Great location. Pool space is the cherry on top. Great food and service. Staff is very professional and polite.

Location is good , if one is on a business trip towards Kharghar, Vashi side , can explore this hotel

Warmth missing in staff , be it at the reception not at the restaurant

Courteous staff , location was found good, a la carte menu is nice and not expensive.Accessibility for transport is also good.

Had an noisy stay due to construction work which can be better coordinated.Basic infrastructure of Air conditioning and aesthetics are in need of upkeep.In room dining ordering experience could have been better.. variation in whats ordered and whats delivered

The receptionists Bhavana and Priyanka were very polite and cooperative.

We had a stay of two days in Fortune Exotica. It is an excellent property with amazing common facilities, nice and cozy rooms and amenities including swimming pool on the rooftop, a spacious gymnasium and separate dining restaurants and bar. The staffs, especially Mr. Mulayam, were extremely helpful and courteous. The breakfast was really sumptuous and should not miss it even if it is not included in their package. Highly recommended for visitors aiming for official/personal stay in Navi Mumbai.

Right from check-in, we were disappointed in the services, and to make up for the inconvenience, we were given a suite with a broken sofa n no intl plugs. We had to hound the front desk for multi plug to charge our phones, it was imp as our flt was the next day. Thr breakfast was a huge disappointment as well. Limited items and unqualified staff. For 10k a night, we were duped

The entrance of the hotel is a bit confusing ( there is some meeting hall/ wedding venue). I think it is an important factor of any hotel, to give the first impression.

The location is the best part.

Maintenance work being going in the rooms on the same floor that was allotted to us. It’s smells paint and sound drilling whole day. Wi-Fi issue wasn’t solved and we stayed without it for 4 nights. Not upto the usual standards of an ITC Group.
