Good location, good amenities and value for money overall. The bathroom is small and feels congested a bit, guess that is probably related to very high cost of real estate in the city. Staff is polite and have good sense of customer service.

There is kind of a smell in the hotel hallways or alleys on each floor (except lobby). Maybe air fresheners or air rotation can help with it.

The staff was helpful and even made me meal of mychoice after I was unable to eat the spicy food

Good reception, great buffet breakfast, staff were very helpful to arrange cab.

AC was making loud noise, bathroom was okayish, highly overpriced basic food items in room, neighbors were making noise late night.

Nothing actually

The room I was staying in was so small that the attached washroom was bigger in comparison, also while booking a twin bed was mentioned but there was only a single bed that too a cramped one, all in all please don't book if you are claustrophobic. Staff was also not very helpful. Will try to avoid this property even if provided a free stay.

Fabulous staff at the reception..most helpful and amazing folks. Don't let go of them ever! Good location of the hotel.

The room size was very small though. I knew I was booking a small room, but I wasn't prepared for the actual size when I stepped in. It felt claustrophobic. Otherwise, an excellent hotel.

The staff at reception, lobby, restaurant, housekeeping, room service are extraordinary can't be better.

The Breakfast though took our requests could have more variety. I wish you could accommodate our request for extending our stay. We had to find another hotel for 2 more days in Mumbai.Wish washroom have hand wash liquid instead of soap, though it's only at shower area.

Size of the room

The hotel was flexible making specific dishes to our dietary requirements. They were very helpful and always on call for any questions. The technology for the lighting system in the rooms was great but no instructions on how to use so spent a bit of time trying to work out how to switch the lights off. The food was great. Good variety and the beds were comfortable and clean. Hotel wasn't busy but we went during summer so probably the reason but made it more comfortable as it's quite uncomfortable.

The double room was spacious but the twin room was a bit tight. The lift doors kept closing although there was an obstruction. Ie when we were standing between the lift door waiting for the rest of our party to enter the lift, which feels like a bit of a safety issue!

The hotel was very clean, the room was a good size. The staff were friendly and tried to help where they could.

They didn't replenish tea etc unless we asked. The laundry service was expensive as expected but the clothes didn't come back clean, they had stains which was disappointing.

Overall I am happy with the food, cleanlineess and hospitality

There wasn't a traditional (paper) menu in the restaurant. Don't like using phone for this type of thing. Not everyone has a phone! & its not very personable.Nothing to say hotel was dry (no alcohol) at time of booking

Room too hot without AC, couldn't open a window to get some fresh air into the room also a highway in front of the building. It takes time to get proper temperature in the shower. Hotel is quite far north in Mumbay and takes too much time (ca. 1h on uber) to get to the center, nothing interesting with a close proximity to the hotel.

Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, excellent staff. Very convenient for the airport. A perfectly acceptable hotel with more than acceptable staff - they were all polite, friendly and helpful.

Location of the hotel is very convenient. It is close to Metro and Airport. City center is little away but can be easily visited using Metro. The area is peaceful and friendly for travelers even during night hours. Two gentlemen that serves as bellboy at the hotel, Mr. Stephen and Mr. Mukesh were extremely polite, trustworthy, helpful and an excellent source of information as both of them communicate fluently in English. Breakfast was extremely good with a good choice to select. Rooms were quiet and clean.

No dislikes but one suggestion. It would be nice if the hotel can arrange shuttle service for airport pick up and drop at a reasonable rate rather allowing visitors to find own transport.

The hotel was modern with good facilities. The room was clean, spacious with a good bathroom.

Accessable location, though the nearest local railway station is not on a walkable distance.

Somehow, breakfast wasn’t included in my booking, so I ended up spending nearly a full day’s rent for four people. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant felt small for the hotel, and the food was just okay. As with most hotels in Mumbai, the rooms were quite small.
