We were charged for Super Deluxe room and allotted a Ordinary Deluxe room. Maintenance was not upto the mark. AC was not working. Room change request was accepted but that was even smaller. Not happy with Booking.com too. You asked us for extra charges for upgradation of room. Worst experience. I know the owner of the property personally. Will surely take this issue forward.

The hotel is too old to have a 3 star ambience at the reception only.

ROOMS ARE NOT AT ALL CLEANED. NO BASIC SANITARY PROVIDED. FRIDGE IS NOT PROVIDED. BED IS BROKEN. HAD THE LAST GUESTS LEFT OVER FOOD BENEATH THE BED. RATES OF ALCOHOL AND FOOD ARE TOO HIGH. DO NOT FORGET THEY ARE A VEG RESTAURANT

Rooms need some repair. Not value for money. Beds are joined and given so its extremely uncomfortable to sleep. Lack of cleanliness. There was some chutney stain on blanket.

Property needs renovation. Furniture is old, bathroom smells. Not worth the price.

no chairs in a room not even a single chair . . after that they say us room is sound proof and from 3am in midnight beside room there Wer more than 5-7 pax in a room and whole night till morning too much disturbance as they where playing sound system in room and too much noise of girls and boys . after informing to reception at 3 am they did not bothered same continued again informed at 4 amthen too it was just informed to the room person but still they didn’t even shop music and dance and loud singing songs after that at 4:30 am I said I will make a complaint against you then the reception came to beside room and informed them till then no action was taken if it’s strict make the rules and regulations for everyone same and maintain it . as Vits it’s a brand name so don’t spoil the brand for such kind of people and don’t entertain them. last time we had visited liked to choose to saty same again but this time they disappointed us. and while check in before also they gave us room was not in good condition as well and door lock was not working .

Only location!!

The rooms are BAD. Unkept, poor maintenance, dirty floor, dirty towels, AC min temp 25C, not effective at all. Restaurant poor service. Staff not attentive. Food quality fair. Not good.

Location is very convenient to locate and reach. Breakfast was good having verity of items as per customer choice

I had booked room from October 03 till October 05 2024. The breakfast buffet was no up to the expectations. The service was also not upto the exception. It was just waste of my money and valuable time

The rooms were not cleaned, the service was poor, the lights weren't working properly, and the air conditioning was inadequate. The hotel felt deserted, making for an absolutely terrible experience.

I had booked the suite room and it was good and spacious with all the basic amenities provided. The only concern I had was about the jacuzzi .while checkin if they could inform us about how to use the jacuzzi it would be more helpful. Rather than that the staff was good and were available to help us. Breakfast was included so it was a buffet system. Zomato and swiggy is also allowed which gives a option for non v g lovers as well . Menu has all the veg varieties and also jain preparations.

If staff could inform us about how to use the jacuzzi beforehand.

Worst complimentary breakfast and pathetic service , last time when I visited the food quality was better but this time it was worst , no good food , no variety , cockroach found in an idli , the waiter wasn’t even bothered to give a apology for it , we didn’t have our breakfast properly and left

Location

Very old property so lots of wear & tear, lot of noise from AC, abrupt loud noise from some equipment like compressor in the morning for almost 30 mins for both days, breakfast buffet could have more options, old photos not updated to show the current state of rooms.

Area was nice, good location to stay at.

Poor Cleanliness, Average Staff, and the whole room was fragranced with a really bad room fresher probably because of the space problem in the hotel, we couldn't sleep the entire night. Last year, i gave 5 stars to this hotel but this year it was very disappointing.
