Room service is terrible. We were served with stale fish and we had to call numerous times to get bottle opener.

Nothing was to the standards

Breakfast menu was horrible. Restaurant cleanliness had miles to go. We had to pay for drinking water also.

The staff is very good and tried to help us out. By giving other room options but it was of no use. It's a 12year old property is what they mentioned. The bathroom was clean comparatively. The housekeeping and restaurant staff try and compensate by giving a warm welcome. They gave us an extension of 1hr which was very helpful. Though we were not happy with the limited restaurant option the food quantity and quality was good. It tasted good.

Please donot book this hotel. It's not maintained and even though it's clean you will feel like you are in a service apartment. It's not maintained at all.. There are dents and cracks and scratches everywhere. We paid a little above 5k for nothing. The breakfast also didn't come in that amount. They don't allow outside food and have limited menu options with only Indian and Asian food. They provide just a bottle of water 1ltr for 2 people and start charging you for it for every bottle. These small things ended up making our stay very irritatable. We had gone for a leisure trip but the vibe of the place was just not right.Noone checked our bags as we entered, there was no procedure only for it and that felt like a major security concern.

Dirty Sheets , mosquitoes, Broken chair , leaking bathtub, food quality was just average.

Convenient checkin and check out. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Well I had to call thrice to get drinking water to my room. And it's a one off case. Generally the service is pretty good. WiFi could be better.

Food is amazing

I am frequent visitor and I have loved my so far stays with Regale, during my last visit, the room provided was good but Flush and washroom sink was not working properly.

Food from the restaurant was excellent in terms of quantity and taste. All rooms come with bathtubs and are generally a very good option to opt from in the area.

Beds were a little uncomfortable and not to our preference. The mattress was a bit too flimsy and only 2 thin pillows didn't add up to the luxury hotel experience. Mini bar and amenities were absent, probably due to COVID norms but still dropped the value quotient since there wasn't much to excite about the room. No bathrobes, slippers, etc - seemed like the full service was dropped because of safety.

Nothing specific... it was OK Ok

The bed was pathetic, two single beds were joined and small mattress was laid on it... so all sides of bed were hurting every time one would get in/out of bed. Basics essentials were absent in room. NO sanitiser in room was provided.

Room is so nice. good interior in room. washroom also neat and clean. overall good hotel for family.

Many things. 1. When I bought the internet connection for 6 hours the change that they gave me was less than what it should be,deliverately. 2. They wanted me to pay extra 1000Rs so that my guest could come up to my room!
