Jyoti Dwelling Hotel

Friendly and helpful staff, and clean spacious room.

I like the staff, environment and it was so clean

Sometimes I can hear some noises

Restaurant staff and food was good and on time

Reception staff wasn’t supportive nor welcoming.

Huge spacious rooms! I still can't believe that I got such a big room in Mumbai at such a low price in a pretty good hotel!

Reception people and area is nice. They did laundry with in 24 hours. Got restaurent inside . Few kilometers away from airport.

Bath room need to improve, electrical panels needs refurbished. Noise pollution from construction and road noise.

Just 1.5Kms from the airport is the best for this hotel.

Charging Rs.550 for the 1.5Kms drop to airport is total BS and exorbitant. Whereas online taxi operators charged Rs.200 onlyThe front reception were not prepared to provide the checkout statement and so lethargic

The staff are good and accommodating. Place is near to the airport and testing site

Good hotel, staff are good. Needs some improvement with the lift, outdated but safe.

Passable

The property people constantly kept calling me since It was a pay at property and I told them the flight is late and they were very adamant to gpay some amount it was upsetting

Location and food and friendliness of the front office staff

May bebetter WiFi would have made it easier to do work.

Rooms were nice and spacious and staff was very friendly.

The rooms smelled like smoke and the neighbourhood was pretty bad.

Decent budget hotel near airport. The room was big, the restaurant was good, staff was helpful.

Room was a little aged and the lift and wifi didn't work.

everything was amazing , staff , location , facilities , hygiene, services , food , you should go there without doubt.

all most everything is good only they should know when to call you from the reception

Location is great, check-in was very smooth. The staff was very helpful and co-operative. We were in hurry, and we felt everyone was very responsive to our needs.

The room seemed less maintained, as the hotel seems quite old. Some basic maintenance and deeper cleaning will go a long way to improve customer experience.

Traveller needs good night sleep away from home, in an everbusy city like Mumbai, it was quiet and peaceful in the night.Clean spacious and comfortable room, clean bathroom, overall a comfortable one night stay for us. Room service was delivered on time.Valet parking on property was available and we appreciated it after our long Highway journey.

There was a delay in preparing the final bill and the reception told me that they would send a copy over email. Till date I have not received the invoice from the hotel

The location and size of the room is excellent. The rooms were clean and decently maintained. The hotel is very close from the airport and offers cab services (paid). The reception staff is courteous and ready to help whenever required

Few niggles with the room e.g. the smart card was not working so every time i had to enter the room, we had to call someone from reception. One of the rooms had a leaking AC;

Well sized room

Behaviour of Front office Staff.Behaving unfriendly with customer. Not a choice for regular stay ..Poor commuting space @ lift area

Very Close to the Airport, allowed early check in and very helpful staff..

Bathrooms could get a little make over to be bit more modernized

Excellent Location. Very Near to the International Airport. Easy Availability of the local transport to commute. The security person was kind and helpful. Overall good experience.
