Room rate is slightly on the higher side against the facilities and comfort available.

Good staff and well attended.

our room window was facing a very depleted condition building and very opaque. Also lot of hotel staff noise. Staff at restaurant not very accommodating and over b/fast although provided in menu did not serve the dish.

Old world charm, very helpful and staff with warmth, the restaurant food was freshly made and felt like homemade food, service was very good. Super comfortable and spacious rooms. Location for the Colaba and Churchgate area is fantastic.

The restaurant definitely needs a revamp. It is in a Very sad state but the service and food was excellent. Interiors should match up as well.

Rooms were dinghy and dusty with very old furniture & furnishings. The area outside the hotel is swarming with beggars and roadside dwellers who seek alms each time you enter & exit the premise.

Courteous staffs.

The building is too old. Lights are not sufficient. Ambience is just ok, but may not qualify as a 4-Star!

Prime location. Vintage look. Spacious property.

Breakfast options were very limited. Basic amenities like water kettle were not there in the room.

Rooms are good and clean

In toiletry comb/hair brush, shaving kit and conditioner are missing

When I checked in the room alloted to me was not cleaned and the previous occupants towels were lying around. Only when I strongly objected, I was alloted another room

Staff on reception not good I gave them my booking info request also that I haven’t book this room still they gave me economy double room top of it he charged me for economy triple room And arguing with me saying only 2 guest are ther so why triple room?? This is really bad

Decent place to stay if you're there for work. Clean indoors and good staff. :)

Loved the dedicated staff and their commitment to making the stay as smooth as possible. I was able to check in early and this made the start of a busy trip a lot smoother. If you are looking for a home away from home there can be no better place in the city.

I think a good face lift to the whole place is long overdue but in all honesty, the location, the staff and the overall experience was not at all hindered by any of that.

Room was nice with cleaned bedsheet, toilet was cleaned too .

There's isn't a complementary breakfast as per the price of the room.

The property took booking and cancelled it without informing Recommend Booking.com to remove them from the list of property as such

Room AC Noisy.. they don’t provide basics bathroom material like moisturiser dental kit room slippers,
