The room was in a bad state. Bathroom has seen better days. Reception is uninviting. Front desk staff is not efficient... will not chose this hotel again

The room was unclean. The towels provided were clearly dirty. We requested a double bed, and maybe this is normal, but we were not expecting it to be 2 single beds simply pushed together. The a/c unit was extremely loud. The staff was rude at check-in.

The property is close to the beach. There are a lot of restaurants nearby.The room was upgraded for a price and a bigger room.

There was construction work going on in the hotel. The walls of the room were damped and smelly.The overall value was high.

NOT AT ALL COMFORTABLE

The bedsheets were not proper, after 2 - 3 hours my body started itching till morning. There was a weird smell in the room. The AC was not proper

The best thing about this hotel was its location. Near by juhu beach ,, juhu chaupati and sorounded by restaurants.

Air condition was not working.Bath tawel was time to replace with new.

The beds were very hard. Our room had a view on to the sad, empty building next door All the rubbish was a shock. Ask for a room with a window looking the other way

very bad room service, rooms are not clean rather we cleaned . always bad smell coming from room. worst part is while my wife was inside the room, the room service person enter inside the room without knocking at the door was the horrible experience .

Very good location. Hardly 10 minutes walk to sea beach. Two excellent restaurants . Very helpful staff. I have stayed in this property several times in last few years. Hardly 15 minutes drive to terminal 3 of the airport.

Nothing is good in this hotel.

1) Rooms were stinking like old closed room.2) Wall paint was coming out due to seepage.3) Only hot water was coming out of tap, no cold water. Staff was also unable to resolve the issue after no. of requests.4) Staff was rude specially the staff at breakfast restaurant, their behavior was like they are doing some favor on serving the breakfast. 5) We booked 4 deluxe rooms and they gave us 4 worst room of their hotel, three rooms were so small in size and they charged them also like deluxe room. They are fooling people.

Location was good

Reception staff(male) was really very arrogant. Bad behaviour and too much greedy.He charged me 1k for an early check inn of 1 hour prior of time as my flight was early so i didnt have any other option but to check in early.

Reasonably priced good location breakfast was good

Always something broken that needs fixing. Each stay we find either lights don't work safety deposit box didn't lock. Or even doors don't lock. Maintained on electrics and doors and facilities were poor

Extremely poor room quality ...bathroom.was pathetic...absolutely ridiculous stay . Poor maintainence..not worth even ₹ 1000

Location and Breakfast was good. Generally clean hotel.

Room outdated and could do with modernising.Door did not shut tight, and inside locking mechanism not safe in room on 6th floor.Currently lot of daytime noise from construction work in new building right behind hotel.
