Location is good. Ambience is good.

Interior fittings are glass type and very noisy. AC is uncomfortable and not controllable effectively. Staff desturbs odd times when guest in room sleeping. No DND placards for hanging outside. And regarding food(specially indian food) , it seems something wrong with oil they use. Me and my wife got stomach infection after eating food. Continental breakfast seems ok. After we switch to this, it was better.

Great location for the price.

The room was old, and staff at the counter weren’t engaging.

Very close to airport and real value for money. Guests are well taken care and it is really worth. Clean rooms and great service

The Location and the ambience of the Hotel.

Well the cleanliness of the rooms specially the bathrooms were not as clean with mould appearing on the shower doors. The reception staff were a bit bossy and would not fill in any requests once you check out. The management was good.

When I arrived I was given a room that had just been renovated and apart from the smell of fresh paint it was excellent. Unfortunately about half an hour after arriving the local temple started playing exceptionally loud music outside my window and it was like being in a disco. I complained and asked to be moved which was done without any trouble so can't fault them for that.

Unfortunately only a 1 night transit stay as located close to airport, but would also be great for sightseeing base too, very efficient staff, especially the super helpful concierge who went above and beyond, loved the bath and all the complimentary toiletries, would definitely stay again

The staff was very polite, the breakfast/dinner was diverse, the room was comfortable and extremely cleanconvenient location close to the airport

We were four of us parents and two twin girls . Somehow during the booking we missed the breakfast part. But that's alright. We liked the place and would have loved to have them give us a complimentary airport drop

The complimentary airport transfer would have been a good thing for the amount paid

The staff were incredibly helpful, bending over backwards to resolve a problem that we had (not with the hotel). The hotel itself was in a great location for us, right next door to a metro station. It was very clean, modern, with a good breakfast and dinner selection. The waiting staff were very efficient. The room was very comfortable, and we had little treats every day - around 5 p.m. some chocolates would arrive ready for bed time. Mine never lasted that long!

I needed Tab. Crocin urgently at 10 PM and called the Reception only to be told to speak to Room Service who in turn asked me to call some other department and when I called them, I was asked to call Reception!!! I told him my experience and expressed my displeasure over the state of affairs when the guy agreed to send the medicine to me and he did send it in a few minutes. I think a hotel of this stature should have provision and a well defined, smooth and efficient system for providing at least emergency medicines, especially at odd hours, to the guests at short notice so that they don't have to undergo the experience of the kind I had.

Value for money; good property for the discounted rate I got. The food prices also were reasonable vs. other star hotels

I was treated like royalty. All members of staff were courteous, attentive, very helpful. My room was cleaned every day. Everything was provided for a very comfortable stay. I extended my stay by another 2 days it was so fine. The food was delicious at a very reasonable price. Rooms are exactly as pictured and advertised.
