The staff exudes professionalism, warmth, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Every interaction was met with a smile and a willingness to go above and beyond.A special mention must go to Ms. Sunita, the Manager — a truly kind soul and an embodiment of what great hospitality should be. On the final day of our stay, I was unwell, and it felt as though the entire hotel was rallying around my family with care, concern, and compassion that truly moved us.The attention to detail, the seamless coordination, and the empathetic service delivered by the entire team made us feel less like guests and more like extended family.Meluha is not just a hotel — it’s an experience of excellence. If you're looking for world-class service wrapped in genuine human warmth, this is the place to be.Highly recommended. Five stars aren’t enough.

I like everything about Melhua.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

The furniture is outdated.There was limited choices in breakfast.

Excellent location and size of the room.

1. Room had smell of foul/ dampness2. In spite of communicating the reception desk took more than 20 min. to complete the check-out and just to give the invoice print. I missed to attend my meeting on time.

Quite nice coffee in the mornings. Not very busy at breakfast time. Kind Checkin staff and concierge. Very accommodating and helpful.

Bread and Crossaints are dry as you can barely eat it anymore. It is uncovered and gets hard. Sad as the selection would have been quite ok. Juice says 'canned' pinapple juice but it is already in an open bottle. I'd prefer to have the chilled cans right there for help yourself. No big additional effort plus enhances the trust in the 'safety' of the breakfast....

Not very clean, worn and tired. Staff was not super helpful on the three occasions I asked for help. Breakfast service was slow

Shampoo and face cream 3/4 disappeared from the bottle/jar in my room.

Breakfast was great! Staff were really friendly too, and the location is great for some nice restaurants and bars nearby

The floor of the room was very dirty in corners etc and needed a good deep clean! We booked this room excited for some time in the pool - don’t make the same mistake as us as it was very dirty and enjoyed by the birds instead!

I forgot a t-shirt in my room and sent an email to ask information and nobody replied to meI believe that this is not acceptable drom a 5-stars hotel

- Electric fittings could do a facelift, no usb socketswasn’t provided with a wall charger as well international travellers please note- TV was also unpredictable and Wi-Fi isn’t the greatest either if you are looking for streaming

I recently stayed at the Meluha - The Fern hotel in Mumbai. The hotel is a five-star property, and everything was at par with what you would expect from a five-star hotel. The staff was courteous and always willing to help. I especially appreciated Nikhil, the housekeeping person on the sixth floor, who was always available to help me and my two young children.

Breakfast was not included. As I have been a guest at your Chembur property, you could have offered Breakfast for free or at a reasonable rate.Location was good. Room was small.

I had requested for early check-in for which I was charged an additional 5000 rs...this could have been avoided.Room was small for 2 adults and 1 kid. You could have provided a bigger room or could have offered 2nd room at a better price. These strategies will help to retain existing customers.

Very comfortable and clean. Staff were amazing and very accommodating.

The QR code for room service only gave me the menu and did not tell me where I could order. The luggage attendant had given me information but I was tired and had thought it might have been written down. It would have been nice to have an easy accessible directory or orientation pack giving details of the hotel’s facilities and contacts. That being said, reception staff were very helpful with answering my questions.

South Indian, North Indian, Maharashtrian, Continental, American Breakfast are all choices available. Kal Dosai was my favourite, when I asked them to make it and provided the spec for the same!

More Menu Varieties for Alacarte Dinner would be better

We enjoyed our room and meals. Staff was very helpful and friendly. This hotel also has a very nice design - the theme is fern, it is even on towels.

I cannot think of anything what I would not like.
