Staff is very helpful and professional

It's not the same as it looks in the ad. The entry from the back door due to construction was a bad experience.

Only location is good

Unprofessional approach. 1am carpentry work in rooms.

Rooms are decent but not very clean. Only advantage is its location in Powai and close to IIT. Quality of rooms in terms of cleanliness can be improved.

Food is average and rooms are quite okay.

Full of bad smell and cockroaches inside the room, also I stayed for two days and they are not cleaning the room.. basic things like towels and bathroom stuffs are not provided.. Overall it’s a pathetic hotel to stay..

I paid for a super deluxe but got a regular room . I know this because my friend booked for regular room and her room and mine looked same. infact her room had fridge and mine did not despite being super deluxe. The curtain in bathroom were super dirty

I had a meeting to attend in Powai; so location for this was excellent. We were upgraded to a larger room, which was spacious and comfortable. The morning breakfast was not fancy but adequate, the fruit was fresh.Staff were all very helpful

The first night we tried ordering dinner from the restaurant at 9.30pm ( last order is 10.30pm) but they could not provide any of the meals on the menu, only snacks, so we had to order on Swiggy. The scrambled eggs at breakfast had been doused in syrup - I have never had sweet scrambled eggs before!Room service kept forgetting things - one towel instead of two, one cup for tea making instead of two, only one teabag, two shower gels no shampoo...they provided immediately on asking but it was a bit tiresome having to ask for something every day.

Very disappointing and not expected from a hotel which had good overall rating.

Room was suffocating and the air-contioning was horrible.. The central AC did not cool the room atall despite running it for several hours.. After raising a lot of requests, they finally changed my room which had a split AC. We could finally sleep at 1AM after all the fiasco. At one point we were comtemplating checkout anf go to another hotel as this was becoming a health hazard.

Good place to stay near powai area for 1 night / business meetings.

The spread was good on both the days that I had breakfast. Several items were available to choose from. Both south and north Indian items were on the menu.

They Couldn’t arrange free Airport Taxi as mentioned in booking.com , Other then that everything is good

Cleaning of floor is not good. However everyday they change badsheet and towell but

Facilities like kettle and mini fridge was not there. However upon insisting that was provided. Room service did not have ice which was very odd.

Did not have hot water at nine in the evening, does not have power backup (how they call themselves 3 star?). Provided me one part of a maybe suite, noise from adjoining room permeates very easily, disturbing. They are likely to have a loyal clientele, but booking through sites may not lead to good experience.

room was not clean. Seems like it was not used since long time. Bathroom were so unhygenic. The room air was also not good.

Air condition was not functioning as it supposed to, also common things like towels, dental kit didn’t provided , but arranged it after called to room service
