All the way from Delhi, We had an amazing stay . from breakfast to dinner it is just yummy .. The staff are so helpful and dedicated especially the restaurant staff, we met two hardworking, professional and diligent staff namely Jagat who does the best chai and hot chocolate and Rohan who has always been helpful in choosing the right dishes for us .. The whole restaurant staff are very welcoming.. and also from the front desk Chandan was very helpful and professional and he always gave a sweet smile. The rooms are very clean .. overall we had an amazing experience and whenever I am coming to Navi Mumbai that will be the hotel we will definitely come again .. five star plus rating ..Thank you

The economy rooms are extremely small, with very cramped, airplane-style bathrooms that are quite uncomfortable. The staff were genuinely kind and supportive, so this is not a service issue — it reflects poor management and overall customer handling. They also seemed understaffed, as there was no one available to deliver luggage; the receptionist who checked me in ended up carrying my bags to the room herself.The breakfast quality was also very poor. Even basic items like butter were served uncovered in open cubes on a plate, which is unacceptable. For a charge of INR 6,500, this overall experience was highly disappointing and not worth the price.

The place is untidy and the buffet is bad. Plus the front desk does not help with the correct booking details. Restaurant service is slow. No help at the front desk. Worst IBIS experience.

The food was very expensive. Basic things like dental kits weren't provided. We had to call multiple times to receive it.

Horrible experience!!!!!!!!!! They gave us the room no 425 that is horribly not good!!!!! As their is no space for privacy..... !!!! Inside room their is a Door which we or other persons can excess each other room in fear of that my wife ask me to early check out from this hotel... We can each other's room noises n talking etc..... So completely mess up of privacy!!!! Horrible Experience!!!!!

The guys in the afternoon shift were good helped us for a smooth checkin. After that we found out the phone in the room was not working and after repeated requests it was not yet repaired. The beds are awful . They directly sink in very uncomfortable for sleep . IRD food taste was average not worth the price . Next day morning some staff was quite annoying repeatedly knocking the door . They should realise that if there is no reply from inside that means we are busy in. But the staff straight away walked into the room and it was very embarassing for us as a couple. When we complained to the reception during checkout the guy on the front desk seemed least interested .

Dear bookin. Com ManagementI booked 2 rooms from u r App, got confirmation for the same.. But while approching hotel....they told room is not available, as all rooms r booked and it is glitch in website. But after reqesting they alloted two rooms but we paid tarrif according to there regular rates.. It is almost double as compare to booking app. It is second time we encountred with such problem. Pillow was not clean , service was too slow and breakfast don't have much option. Congested room in a price of 5.5 K

Cleanliness,Food & Location

The breakfast was great with lots of options to choose from. The food was excellent, with very good portions and value for money. This hotel is more luxurious than some of the other Ibis hotels that I've been to. The staff were fantastic, especially Mr Abhishek, who was happy to accommodate our every requirement. We will most likely stay here again if we visit Navi Mumbai :)

The area around the hotel isn't that great, there is no proper pavement where you can walk.

Location was perfect. Reception was good.

Room size and room decor was not good. Washroom facility was cramped.

The coffee that i requested while check out was the ONLY ok thing of the experience

-Staff was soo bad. No assistance no support, no understanding.-Bathroom was like an airplane.-Hotel room stinked so bad. -Hallways were not clean, food was left out of one room for more than 12 hours in the middle of the hallway.Terrible experience, never expected such from IBIS, budget hotels were better
