Mediocre breakfast compared to money had been charged per day

When I got there room wasn’t ready then managing team was arrogant & didn’t apologise for their behaviour was ready to charge money service wasn’t provided

The property was very clean and room was new.Staff Mansoor,Hashim & Mujeeb made our stay very comfortable and pleasant.They were very kind and helpful.

Because it was rainy it was a bit hard to walk and get in or out as they entrance is in the back.

Location - just opposite Andheri subway. Decent rooms. AC & Wifi functional. Helpful staff.

traffic sound could be heard in rooms, bathroom would not drain after shower. Very late & bad breakfast.

There's nothing to like in this hotel at all.

Deceiving pictures, ultra compact rooms filled with termites all over in the bathroom and bedroom. Except for the bed there is no space to walk around in the room. They claim themselves to be a newly constructed hotel, but they don't provide any service to live up their name of a "luxury" stay. 500 ml of one water bottles were provided each day after numerous fights with staff. No toiletries, towels, everyday cleaning of dustbin, nothing was provided as a basic service for room charging 2900 per day. The staff lacks basic sense of speaking and were filled with arrogance, felt highly cheated for a old aged couple in a new city.
