The location is perfect

Location was good, staffs were wonderful warm and helpful.The place was clean and breakfast was wonderfully delicious.

The location was excellent. Close to many restaurants and shops. A few minutes walk to the Gateway of India. Very well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

There were lots of birds on the roof terrace and I have a phobia of birds so couldn’t use the roof terrace. This wasn’t really the hotel’s fault as others might not think this is a problem

Great location to explore Mumbai from. Friendly staff, and clean rooms. Would recommend

Location: right in Colaba, a few steps from Gateway of India, surrounded by small eateries and stalls.Doesn't look like much from the outside, but is quite a positive suprise once inside.Room: clean, cleaned daily. Sufficient storage space, but an extra shelf would help.Daily four complimenntary small water bottles which was perfect. Platter of welcome fruit and small goodbye gift. Staff: extremely polite and attentive. Special thank you to Nozmul in the elevator for always having a warm smile.Breakfast: delicious - several cooked dishes, both Western and Indians, plus fruits and sweets. Bonus cappuccino coffee.Rooftop garden: nice to sit in the evening. Complimentary tea and cookies served in the afternoon .Wifi was usually good.

Add a few lockers or a safe in lobby so guests who check out can store their valuables after check-out if their flight departs in the evening and they wish to walk around.Garden terrace is a treat, but could do with some upkeep / cleanliness and decorations.On our second check-in, toilet seat had not been cleaned below, covered with dark spatter.

All staff at the Property were truly Exceptional .. I have stayed in many hotels and I have to say the staff at this hotel are the best I have experienced anywhere in the World. The rooms are a perfect size, enough space for luggage and room to move about .. and comfortable beds .. Great location to India gate.

not the fault of the hotel but maybe a note to guests about appropriate noise levels say after 11pm .. some guests were so loud .. no consideration to other guests .. kids literally screaming and running along the corridors at 2am .. having conversions outside the rooms in early hours of the morning.

Excellent staff. Very helpful and courteous.

Have a better lift, elevator. Dont put one person full time in the lift, it is not good for him.

Entire staff was so accommodating. Breakfast was very good and the location was great for walking around.

Price was a little high when compared to nearby accommodations.

The location is great near Gateway of India, the Art Museum, and many shops and restaurants under the collonades. Breakfast is delicious and service is attentive. They also have a large room service menu. The staff can arrange an airport taxi and there are many taxis in the street outside, if you want to go to a further part of Mumbai. However, there is a lot within walking distance. It rained when I was there, so the colonnades were helpful to stay dry. There is an elevator attendant, so you feel safe in the hotel. The staff is pleasant and helpful.

The surrounding streets are jammed with people and things for sale. But that is the nature of the area.

The room was clean and spacious.

The AC unit was not sufficient for the size of the room and needs to be updated.

Great location at downtown, nice and friendly staff which helped a lot, they even gave us some complimentary gifts, which was so surprising. Highly recommended this place.

I loved staying at this property! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well-kept and inviting everything was. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout my stay . All the staffs were kind and helpful . The location is ideal . Gateway of India few steps away .

The lifts were quite small — barely enough space for two people to stand comfortably. If you have luggage, it becomes very cramped and difficult to manage.

Nothing to highlight.

Lovely hotel in a great area of the city. As a tourist it was great for getting around to key places. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had great options. Room had everything we wanted for a couple night stay whilst exploring.

Not much natural light in a room but clutching at straws really.
