The staff were okay.

The hotel is dirty and the sheets were filthy. I had a rat in the room, and upon request they changed me to an even more terrible room. Worst night ever. Could not sleep on those dirty beds.

Most important the receptionist said they did not receive our booking on app and said to cancel booking on app and pay directly there.Beds are smelling bad even reception area is also smelling bad. Washroom not clean. Cockroaches everywhere in room. Big mouse in kitchen room. Suffocating rooms.

We made a reservation at FabHotel Art Inn through Booking.com, and our experience left much to be desired. From the outset, it was unusual that they asked for a partial payment through their website, which raised some concerns, but given limited options, we proceeded with the payment.Subsequently, we were bombarded with repeated payment requests despite having already paid. This communication issue was quite frustrating.Upon arrival, we encountered language barriers with the staff as they did not speak or understand English. This made the already challenging check-in and check-out processes even more difficult.We had informed the hotel that we would be checking in late at 2:00 am, but upon our arrival, we were shown a room that was clearly unprepared. The sheets appeared used, the room was far from clean with mold on the walls, a shortage of basic amenities like toilet paper and towels, and dust was everywhere. The staff relocated us to another room, but to our disappointment, it was in a similar dismal condition. Exhausted, we reluctantly decided to stay the night.The following day, we made an early check-out and opted not to return. This experience was undoubtedly one of the worst we've had in a hotel.To make matters worse, the breakfast included with our stay was a meager offering consisting of a piece of bread with a small serving of butter, marking the lowest point in our hotel breakfast experiences.

Washroom/ bedroom/ Rats / no water/ no service and the food was from the street and with zero hygiene and I fell extremely sick and had to stay in room for 3 days and was evacuated 4 days in advance and had to prepone my stay and check out and return home to a two day stay at a hospital...

It was in an auful corner & very in convenient for stay.

No phone in the room & to call a roomboy I had to use my mobile phone to call reseption & the roomboy will take his own time to come. Morning tea also you get after 9 am when you have asked for it at 7:30 am.In all a lousy experience & wont recommend to anybody.

We liked nothing

We hated the place so much as had to do another last minute booking cause the service was sketchy, the room was sketchy and even the staff was super sketchy. It didn't feel safe and I got Anxious and had to book another hotel.

It was smelly, rats were moving around, no water was given , washroom was not clean

I don't know where to start! The hotel is too dirty, from the reception to end. Once you enter the hotel you are welcomed with very bad smell. The room is too dirty, there is a leakage of water from toilet to the room. I asked for internet, was told not available, no phone to communicate with the staff, you get dead cockroaches, the walls are too dirty, it is horrible. The staff are very careless... everything was horrible.When you see the photos of the hotel on Booking, you get a different picture, they show it as good and clean hotel, but in reality it is the worse ever hotel I have booked online. I don't advice anyone to stay at that hotel, even if they pay us to stay.

The receptionist was a decent person. They provided towel and blanket. Bed was okay.

The room was dirty. The walls had stains, parts of walls were wet, had mold growing. The central AC was working but the air smelled of vehicle fumes and other unpleasant odours. The room was full of dust and reeked of stale smell from wet walls and mold. The air was sickening and hence I had to stop AC as it made breathing worse. Luckily I had a mask to get some relief. The furniture and closet were shabby. There was water heater but no hot water. The bathroom door was damaged and did not have a handle. The toilet and sink were unhygienic. There was a bucket but no toiletries. The breakfast was worth 20 rupees. The tea was unhygienic which I did not even dare to taste. A small bun with butter was served wrapped in a newspaper which I discarded. The TV was full of dust and there was no remote.

Its was only poha and worst ,,,,, location is in slum area ,,,,, and the treatment was very ugly ,,,?

Its was so smelling and moisture smell ,,,, and the person on desk was so ugly in presentation,,,,, and maily it was not told me that he will charge extra 600 for the early morning chekin,,,,, and it was clearly written on mail of 7 to 8 but he charge me extra with rudely talked ,,,,, it was third class location amibeince ,,,, also in cleanliness ,,,,, and also making u in what they r saying , hotel is mine and etccccc

One of the worst hotels, stinking rooms and corridor,Dirty linen and torn towels, dirty washrooms ..Mosquitoes because of dirtiness... No breakfastNot for family or good people

Nothing, was denied for a bottle of water, clean towels. Nothing was even adequate/ clean to use.

Rooms are very dirty walls are been very dirt n stink and bathroom is not proper locked and buckets are dirty

The facilities have great potential

There was no breakfast. Not in a good part of town. The room was dirty and there were opened condom wrappers and a needle under the bed. To be fair, I did check in early so it's possible they intended to clean the room before my scheduled check-in, but there was no room service for the duration of my stay. The room had no windows, so it was stuffy and hot in the Indian heat.

Please check this property at least before enlisting. I never expected such a shady, dirty and zero maintenance property to be part of Fab Hotels.
