The roof-top pool / bar is great for evening. The short walk-across the road to Juhu beach is a plus. While crowded, it was nice to be able to be on the beach in the evenings.Breakfast spread was good and the food was nice.

The pillows were either too thin or too thick. They should have some options with mid-sized pillows.

The hotel is a very beautiful boutique hotel The rooms are the best in juhu beach. Incredible design and space with very lux beds and bedding .

Absolutely outstanding stay from start to finish! The staff went above and beyond in every way possible. From the warm welcome at check-in to the genuine smiles each morning, they made us feel like royalty. Nothing was ever too much trouble—they were attentive, thoughtful, and seemed to anticipate what we needed before we even asked. The service was smooth, friendly, and full of heart. Every detail was spot on, from the spotless rooms to the little personal touches that showed how much they care about their guests. It’s rare to find a team this dedicated and passionate about hospitality. Honestly, this hotel sets the standard!

The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and good quality food. The staff were polite and attentive, which made mornings pleasant.

But at the same time the staff seemed to be under pressure to upsell every chance they had. But my main grievance is every single photograph that made me book and pay this much for the room was not valid. First of all, the room I booked on Booking.com , i was told was not he room and I had to pay 30% upgrade to when I actually got to the hotel. I was tired, so I didn't fuss. I am Genius Level 3 on Booking.com so know what I am doing. But when I got to the room it was even worse, because I expected a sea view, but a half finished constructed building had blocked the sea. So it looked nothing like the pictures. And the pool itself on the rooftop was another reason I booked it for my family as it stunning views of the sea in the photos. It was just as bad, because again, there was the same constructed tall building on one side, which blocked the view of the sea and was ugly. The pool itself was dirty and not well kept, nothing like the photographs. On the other side was a noisy airport, which wasn't mentioned anyway, with awful noise of planes taking off. The room wasn't soundproof and the gym was run down. I shall upload photos of comparisons soon. I would expect a 50% refund on the room, as 5 ✮ hotels in the area had been the same price that day.

Decent, cost, clean

The only restaurant should cater to all tastes. Not only Asian.

Standard room that I booked was too small with no desk. Was offered a different room for extra charge which I accepted since I needed a desk. Bathroom appeared aged and dark. Wifi did not work properly. Though the staff did offer me a wifi device to solve the problem. Breakfast was below average. Gym is below par. Poor equipment and very small.

Very comfortable rooms. The view into the city was quite nice as well.

The breakfast options were limited, not expected of a five star hotel. The wifi connection was very poor. The coffee and tea services were quite expensive.

Room was a bit small but clean and comfortable. Restaurant staff were really friendly and nice too. Pastries in the breakfast buffet were really good as well.

The elevator was really small and hot.

Location and cleaniness

The rooms were cozy and clean and the location was well positioned to get around easily. The food was really good. I specially recommend their double chocolate cake!

Though the staff was extremely kind and calm there was still coordination missing between the team. Probably because they have only one restaurant at the property the staff were overwhelmed with requests.

The staff in the restaurant was incredibly friendly and sweet. The same applies to the staff at the roof top pool.

The staff at the front desk, including the manager. I checked in with a small child, was very tired and did not pay sufficient attention to the bill I was asked to pay in advance. As a result, I was overcharged, and when I wanted to correct the bill a day later, I was ensured that a refund was on the way -- by the manager. It never arrived, despite many emails and complains. If you are checking in: Do check very exactly what you pay on booking.com and what is charged to your card.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, i was able to check in 30min earlier. The room was comfortable enough and the bathroom was really nice. All the main necessities were available. The hotel pool was great!

The breakfast was good, but could improve. Also the hotel charges you 18% tax per meal, while other places are 5% - i didn’t understand that.

The room is perfect! It’s clean and the right kind is spacious. The service was prompt. I had a recurring issue with the television but nothing major.

We liked the fact that the hotel is modern, but what we REALLY didn’t like was the interiors, in the the whole hotel building was too dark, as it it’s done all in stark black! The bedrooms seemed very dark and the lighting is very dim, hence if one needs to take anything out of their luggage, or fridge in the aisle of the room, they would need extra light, especially if they are seniors like us! We would say the hotel is more for youngsters who just come to sleep there
