Nothing so good

Very unhygienic room provided initially and since I made a complaint they change it after 1 day , Extra bed request turned u to be only extra mattress . Rooms comparatively small and bathroom not so clean , Foul smell in some areas and in rooms some times ,

It was next to a 24hr pharmacy

I booked this hotel after staying one night at a 5-star property in Andheri East, and the contrast was shocking. Ariana Residency has absolutely no business being listed as a 4-star hotel. Even 3-star would be questionable.I paid ₹20,834 for 4 nights (about ₹5,200 per night) for an extremely small room that felt poor value for the price. During my stay, I met another guest who had a much larger room and was paying less, and I later saw significantly lower rates advertised online.At the front desk, I was shown a pamphlet listing much higher “official” prices, which already felt inconsistent with what I had paid. Separately, another foreign guest mentioned that pricing often varies for international travelers. I cannot independently verify this as hotel policy, but based on what I observed, pricing transparency is a serious concern.Hygiene was my second major issue. During breakfast, staff handled food with bare hands. The same hands were used to pick up toast, pour tea, carry trays, and top up buffet items. Even the fruit had a strong mixed-food taste, suggesting poor cutting-board and food-handling practices. I felt compelled to soak my fruit in salt water before eating it.Another concern is that full payment is collected at the beginning of the stay, which effectively locks guests in and prevents them from changing hotels if dissatisfied.When I asked about the hotel’s 4-star classification, staff told me it was Booking.com’s rating, not theirs. This is highly misleading, especially since I had just come from a genuine 5-star hotel also booked through Booking.com.Location aside, this hotel is overpriced on Booking.com for what it offers. I would not recommend it, especially to international travelers who may not realize they are overpaying.

It was a great experience on the hotel. Nice clean and helpful staffs,anytime ready to assist us. Highly recommended place for holiday ?. If I get a chance to come to mumbai again then will stay here again ??

We didn't like breakfast

Nice location and bonus is the location which quite close to the metro

Stayed for 6 days and was only using the property for sleeping at night. But was disappointing to note that there was no housekeeping done in any of the 6 days. For the price that was charged this was the least that I would expect. Also some of the pillows in the room were not at all clean.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very polite and helpful.

The quality of the food was not up to the mark.The hotel has way too many rules - which makes absolutely no sense.

To many Mosquitoes in the Room needs little more pests control

The location was convenient!

Pretty much everything else was not great! The staff were not that good, we requested a pair of slippers or even water and they never provided them.

Passable

For persons who don't have GST number, hotel does not give them original invoice on their letter head and neither put their stamp on the invoice. When I asked for stamp they told me they cannot put stamp and later when I gave them my GST number then they supplied invoice copy on their letter head with proper stamp. Seems they collect GST but don't deposit the same with the Govt for guests those who don't have a GST number.

Busy road and No parking

Hotel was excellent, staff always here to help you especially Taukir. Recommend for all. Metro in walking distance. Great Great and Great.

Too small bathroom, no fridge, not allowed to drink or eat in the room

Location is great, staff is good and helpful, platinum rooms are better but Gold rooms and attached bathrooms are too small.

Bathroom size in gold rooms is way too small, also not so clean

Best Hotel and staff but don't book with booking.com they charges high as compared to MMT

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very helpful .Had a fantastic stay.

The attitude of the kitchen staff needs to be checked upon.

Hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful and decent breakfast. Also walking distance to DN Nagar metro station.
