Very poor

Location is bad. Room was stinking. Not maintained bed.

On line booking shows including breakfast but hotl dined saying it was not included so Booking .com should mension to customer that whether it include breakfast or not .I found those who had booked directly with hotel was made availble this complimentry brekfast.

Location wise very nice Tariff was good according service & location Staff is good and very alert for customer demand & needs

Rooms were different and and ac was not there and old rooms different from pictures shown

They are taking service charge without mention in menu or in bill. I was agree to pay the amount, but when I asked to the staff for difference, he replied very rudely.

Not clean room cockroach and unclean bedsheet and bed

I liked the room and location

The room was not clean. Even the bedsheets was very dirty you can easily observe dirt spots on bedsheets.

No cleanliness, staffs were casual, rooms has mosquitoes and smoke smell, no supplies no towels cleanliness would be counted in minus if we are asked to rate

Very bad service, rooms and foods

not Neet and clean, there is so much cockroach, no system, they only provide 3 medicine soap that's all nothing other it's like staying in village or desert..the bathroom door was not working in any of the room were I and my co worker were staying.. they said they will repair it but they didn't.

The location, staff and 24 hour services are more than enough for any hotel stay, manager also do it's best job.

Sugar in tea could have been better. :)

Nothing to like in the Hotel

stay was comfortable and clean’ staff was polite l. food was good

booked deluxe room however we got small room. tv was not working need to chase staff for the same again and again. charges were high comparatively the services. no toiletry items were provided

management is soo good and all staff was soo helpful and kind food also good taste and hotel room was soo clean

There were charges I paid extra for few things which I even don't like after such bad property.

Rooms were way too small, ceiling height was very low. Corridors were very small. Room lock was blunder. Very dim lights.

nothing. they gave the worst room just for the sake of accommodation.

everything. very bad experience. after seeing that customer has booked online on a discounted price they start treating badly. they gave a left out kind room ehich i felt that they would not give to anybody.
