I dint liked anything .it was a horrible experience

Unethical ,its totally creepy hotel ,staff are illmannered ...no cleanliness

I refused to go inside.

It was a dusty doorway sandwiched between auto repair shops in a gray, grimy industrial zone. Nothing welcoming about it. All I knew was that there was no way on earth I would be sleeping in that neighborhood or in the grimy building. I have had nothing but wonderful success with Booking.com for years -- until I came to India. Apparently nothing in India looks the way it is as advertised on the app.

The behaviour of the lady manager was worse,she misguided me, and when I questioned she said you can lv the hotel. In the evening @8 pm after the hectic schedule of my office work I reached the hotel and asked for a cup of coffee or tea, they said it's not possible...prices of food are so high and the worst quality....I can't forget the attitude and misbehaviour of that lady manager...the owner shd change her...very bad management

The location was apt to my office.. it would be subjective of everyone. The cleanliness was good and the staff was helpful and cooperative.

The delivery of food items was a little delayed. The quality was good enough. The delay is not a big issue but is a point where there can be improvements.

Bad

I left my wallet in my room while checking out. When I reached out to them after an hour, they refused to acknowledge the same and I am pretty sure someone from the staff stole my wallet.

worst hotel i have ever seenthough my booking was confirmed, they said its full when i reached there and they tried to give me degraded, small, ugly room..

It was the worst experience ever! Imagine getting to a hotel and the staff telling you that the room booked was given away to somebody else! We were not even informed via a call that they were giving the room away. We were stranded without a room and they took us to other hotels in and around the area which were all shady. Will never go back here. Zero professionalism.

Room are not the same as listing, dirty, bed sheet are with stink and smelly, also have a lot of mold. mouses running around

Not a good Location. No water bottle and tea or coffee were provided. Bad smell in the room. No clean bedsheets.

The access.. it doesn’t space to park the car to unload the luggage’s,No lift, No cleanliness

worst property everthey didn’t mention any policy about not allowing checking in after 2pm:(and the receptionist was more concerned about putting me in some dirty properties, she kept on insisting and wasn’t even ready to tell me why checking in is not allowed after 2pm even when I haf mentioned by checking time as 3pm.they also check people’s room because I over heard a conversation between the workers and receptionist about checking someone’s room when they left the property( not checked out) to go out.worst ever experience on booking.com

There were cockroaches in the bathroom and all kinds of small insects. You don't expect that for a hotel. There are cracks in the walls, stains on sheets and all dust. You hear the traffic from the street all the time, even though your window is closed it seems like your window is wide open. And you hear the train all the time. It is really not worth your money, price quality ratio is not good.

Delux room was smaller then expected room walls was not so good had several cracks on the wallthe room was located somewhere between the station area so there are very disturbing train sounds which was irritating
