Hotel Elite Continental- Near Mumbai International Airport Andheri East

The bathroom was not clean. Room had a bad scent. I paid for the small room after missing my flight. Water closet stained, bathroom very dirty. Bed was not laid with new sheets after the first person left.

Nothing about this place was good. Bath room was shabby. Rooms were not clean.

There was a rat infestation in the room. I have mentioned this to the receptionist multiple time. But he was unbothered. Then after request, they changed the room. Same situation there also. Atlast we caught a rat and it damaged my shoe bag.

The "hotel" is actually just a poorly built and maintained lodge. The entrance is inconvenient, on the first floor, and not welcoming at all.Early check-in: I had messaged prior on Booking.com twice that I would like to request an early check-in. This request was promptly ignored and the person at the reception had no idea or pretended not to care.Early check-in "fee": When I arrived at 0700, the person at the reception mentioned that all the rooms were fully booked, and I had to wait till 11 A.M. to avail a room. This turned out to be a big fat lie. The lodge was pretty much empty. He then requested a "charge" of 1000 INR that he promptly pocketed. And then all of a sudden, rooms became "available". The "rooms" then he showed were dirty and unkempt as they come. This is clearly predatory behaviour.Room: Exhausted travelling 20 hours straight, I settled in one of the rooms only to find more "surprises".- The rooms are dirty (see pictures attached), smelly, and disgusting.- There is no soundproofing. You can hear everything INSIDE and OUTSIDE.- The hot water doesn't work all the time.- The bed sheets, mattress, and pillows are disgusting (see pictures attached).- The refrigerator was a clunky, loud, nightmare. I had to shut it off while in the room.- I had to get my own roach spray to clean the room.- The housekeeping staff and receptionist are as incompetent and careless as they come.- Only daily repeated complaints led to my room being cleaned.Laundry: I entrusted them with the laundry and even that they botched by losing one of my white t-shirts; and no clue as to where it lay.It's a shame that lodges like this are allowed to scam tourists and business travellers.

The location is fantastic.

The behaviour of the staff was very poor. No amenities provided.There rates charged were different for the one shown on Booking.com.

Room was not cleaned . Bedsheet was not changed . Toilet smelled all unrine and hairs all over the toilet and bed . Unhygienic. Very disappointing.

They bluff you about TV connection, it doesn’t work for even 3 n stay. No toiletries. Lots of noise in the nighttime of others

The location of the hotel seems like we are entering in a Cave which is like a dead end.Hotel rooms smell as if someone has been smoking weed inside the rooms from ages.The size of the room are not even for 1 person to accommodate.Facilities are too bad, not even soaps and shampoos are available into the room.Bed sheets smells like it hasn’t been washed since inception

It is not as good as shown in picture, very congested, much smaller...kind of make shift arrangements....don't even have milk in breakfast...so my ratings are only 2 for this hotel.

Location is fine.Room size for classic is very small.Washroom size is too small to take bath and no toiletry was provided.Room-No head cushion on bed.Bed Mattress is completely spring if you want to sit on bed just a little free fall the spring gets completely compress and you will hit the ground.Pillow is very thin and uncomfortable.AC is not working and not cooling the room that's why fan is there.Cupboard is not clean and there is no locker.Coffee mug is broken.I have paid ₹4500 which is overpriced for this kind of room and services.

it’s location is quite good ,

staff could have been better asked about TV recharge but was denied first said it’s done only in day light didn’t recharge on day1. 2nd day also pretended that it will be done later had to ask room boy to change the set top box with any-other room it’s working.

There is no cleanes in room.No hot water facility available.I choose suit room but there is no any comfort facility as per room.

It was good for me as i stayed for a day. Great location everything nearby..

Wi fi was slow after sometime

Room was neat and clean. Staff was cooperative and helping in nature.

The board on the main road is too small, they shouldPut a bigger board in bold letters so we don't miss the turn.
