The Classique Club

Stayed for a night. Very good check-in and check out. Breakfast was good, could have been better-some more items. I opted for pay at property, however received a call to pay full in advance. Did not like this.

Safety & The staff :(One housekeeping member rang the door bell and entered the room even before i could reach the door or even respond. And we dint even call for any housekeeping service. It was for some other room, but the guest got their room number wrong. So this guy has just decided to walk in. In response when my husband spoke to the reception, their just said “we are sorry for the inconvenience” in a “matter of fact” way and showed no concern towards the incident or the fact that a woman was staying the room. When we asked to speak to the general manager, he was unavailable. I had to point it out that from a woman’s point of view this was a matter of personal safety, then they seemed a little more genuine in their apology. However their head receptionist still showed no concern. Another moment was at the restaurant “tangerine” where breakfast is served, the servers needed to be reminded again and again to bring things to the table. And initially when we brought it to their attention that these things have still not been served, he responded with a “ya-ya” … again extremely casually. Overall the staff is not very well trained. The space is nice as per its price and location. Initially we were not going to give any reviews, but after seeing their casualness towards safety of their guests, we decided to write one.

We had a packed lunch for breakfast and it was incredible. Big piece of fruit and a a huge and delicious sandwich

Good value for money. The management accomodates our request to change the room to have double bed and gave us a space for wedding dance rehearsing. The position was convenient because was very close to the wedding location we needed to go.

Breakfast was a bit limited, there could have been more international options.

There was nothing which I can appreciate about my 2 days stay in The CLASSIQUE CLUB.

It was not at all value for money preposition. Nor the Breakfast, Limited items and all are oily, Room(Bed, Furniture Ambience comfort) all were below expectation against the amount paid, have to pay for shaving kit

.Booking.com says it is a 4star property but it looks just like a lodge. Rooms with old junk interior and furniture. Hotel property all around stinks. Good for nothing breakfast.

Breakfast has limited choice and not everything mentioned in the Breakfast menu is available. Location is good and convenient for shopping and overall well connected to the suburbs of mumbai

The rooms need serious upgrading and proper upkeep and cannot be classified as 4 star category not withstanding the pool and Gym facilities. Not as per international standards of 4 star category at all.

Location of club was good for our requirement for that day . Did not have to travel out to attend a function Breakfast was very mediocre

Poor lighting in the room . toilet facility was very basic , Feel room price was on the higher side for the facilities available in the room .

Food was great

Ac was not working after complaining stuff said will look into it but no one did
