The sustainability role that the property is targeting.The cleaning staff was very friendly.

The customer was not received as per the standard protocol of the hotel industry.The cost appearing during booking and the invoice showed different amounts, which creates deficits in trust and transparency.The absence of a Chauffeur for unloading and loading. I had to do it myself with the help of the security guard.Even if the third member was part of the package, I had to engage with the property to keep the bed for two consecutive days.No proper response during the first day breakfast, and they take a longer time to replenish the emptied bowl.

Excellent Staff and service . My son had to go for his sports event and they ensured he has a breakfast bag filled with muffins , fruits and Sandwich. Also the food had good choices .

In first couple of days the water was only slowly draining from the bathroom.

Location was great.. breakfast was good too.. staff was courteous and friendly

Room was very basic specially the toilet.. its not value for money at all .. there was problem with the AC as well.. they should seriously think about upgrading the rooms.. for the money we paid per night we were quite disappointed

It is not a 4 star hotel. Swimming pool, gym and other facilities are not available in the same premises. You have to cross the road. It was a club. You can not enjoy pool the way you want to . This information I found quite misleading.

Hotel Incharge Mr Nitin Dalvi is very helpful and cooperative . Staff is also very sweet and supportive . The housekeeping staff is also good and listens to your needs . Overall good experience

Banquets and Gym are not inside the hotel but across the road in Acres club . So have to walk / cross road to avail the facilities . However Acres club is also very good .

Rooms good size and excellent location

Rooms were big, bathroom clean and breakfast had different options but if you have a peanut allergy best to avoid food at all cost as waiters was not sure if food contained peanut free ingredients.

When you ask the reception for water, it would not be dropped off. Beds and pillows was not as comfortable. Didn’t get hot water during stay.

Really great staff and friendly attentive service. Rooms are comfortable and generally well kept. Location is quiet for Mumbai standards. Comfy beds with good bedding. Plenty of glass bottled water supplied. Tea and coffee making facilities in room. Good A.C.Very good breakfast and good food at the restaurant.

Bathrooms need more attention. Fixtures are a little worn out and tiles could do with more thorough cleaning. Also more attention to cleaning of back of the doors. They looked a bit dirty.

It is safe and nice view of acres club from room window. Wide windows with lots of light. Quiet locality with no noise of roads or other disturbances. Decent size rooms with good toiletries, firm study table and internetThe fish dishes at the hotel are good. It is extremely safe for women travellers. Non smokers pls opt for 3rd floor as it is non smoking rooms. Location of chembur is great to go to Bandra Kurla complex or suburbs. Additionally that particular area of Chembur is a very safe and residential area.Liked the glass water bottles with good drinking water

A price above 8700 plus taxes seems a bit high. At a high season rooms are 11000. It is great option if u can get rooms within 8700 plus taxes. But don't over spend on this hotel.

Hotel had a great restaurant that offered a wide variety of food

The wifi in my room did not work. I found a blood stain on my pillow. They charged me 800 rupees for a trip to the Jio Convention Center, only later to find out it's a 250 rupees trip during rush hour

Not worth it

AC was not working properly. Support staff needs training.Rooms needs renovation

Breakfast was good, even the staff at restaurant and reception was good and courteous. Food quality and taste was good.

Parking for very limited cars. Even the security person was impolite, when I was trying to park my car, he said this place is reserved for important people like GM of the hotel and you need to move your car somewhere else. It means that the guest's are not important for them. He was very impolite. Even valet parking is not available. The room needs some maintenance and cleaning. Not upto to the mark.

Very friendly front office staff , good assistance for local travel. Good restaurent staff also.

Very old bed linen and blanket. Dampness in room and bathroom is not very clean. Also short supply of basic amenities.

Congested cafeteria, relatively small spear for the breakfast.Invoice was not given despite many efforts. Even calls made later on did not yield results. Never got a copy till date
