it was a nice hotel, budget-friendly. service is also good. overall nice experience. its good for short term stay like 3-4 days or a week.

there is nothing specific that i didn't like, overall its fine, not so classy and not so cheap.

Rooms not to be let to indian nationals in this hotel.

I was travelling with a friend. On arrival a the hotel we were send away in the middle of the night and rejected from boarding the rooms on the grounds that these rooms are not to be let to indian nationals!! Even though the booking had been confirmed in advance and none of this was asked in the booking process!!

Hotel has narrow passage and narrow stairs. Bathroom wasn't good, there were mosquitoes

This is a great hotel. We are really happy with the location. Many things around Bandra West. Close to our friends. Also very quiet.

We booked a deluxe room online, but the room they provided was not at all similar to the one shown on the website. Despite being charged for a deluxe room, the room was far from our expectations and what they showed online, the staff, particularly the receptionist, was rude and not at all helpful.

Location is good, near bandra station but extremely difficult to find aa it's in a small street, easy to get lost.

Small and steep staircas , extremely dangerous , not for elderly people. They switched off tge ac from outside , leaving us uncomfortable and sweaty all night. And dirty.

Entrance of hotel has steep Stairs. Entrance had construction work going on.

Peaceful StayStayed with family, everything was o.k. Staff fully cooperative. Just opposite of Bandra Railway station west.

Everything expect staff, Building in which hotel was there..it was very bad..there was smell..i Can't even explain..they didn't ask for water..I will never stay in that hotel and not even suggest anyone to stay there
